Bunch of rogues! Never fulfilled my order (placed 2 months ago). Emailed 4 times without any response. Called them and was told that they would send the missing items out straight away. Nothing received so called again and asked for a refund. “Of course” they said, “we’ll process that right away”. 2 weeks later and no refund has been provided and they clearly have no intention of doing so.

As a home brewer this is my go to online company, i have had many orders and they are generally on the ball and the products are great, on the one occassion something went wrong with an order ( a piece missing from a box) the immediately opened another one and forwarded the part to me, good companies become good companies by getting it right , when it goes right, great companies are the ones who can rectify a mistake immediately and apologise when it goes slightly wrong, i will buy from them many times again i am sure

Disgusting company, I actually don't know how this company has not been looked into further tbh and we are in process of doing so through an ombudsman service now.
We sent back and item weeks ago, no refund, have ignored all emails, you can't get through on telephone and mailbox full!
I will thoroughly take this further until not only our money is refunded but they are investigated by relevant officials because sick to death of people opening companies and taking peoples money for nothing!

Brew2bottle please feel free to contact me or comment..but we all know you won't,So I shall begin reviews on all social media platforms now as well as contacting WHICH.

Ordered a brew kit and some bits in the assumption they would be delivered in the new year!
In fact delivered on Christmas Eve cracking turn around for such a busy period !!

Sent wrong wines, no reply from emails. I suppose once they have your money that's it. Very poor

Put in a order of 4 beer kits and 1 30 bottle wine kit, beer kits delivered correct in a box with no paperwork. No wine kit, emailed them no response. Shame as no other problems in past. JV 9/12/21

This is a brilliant company. I've ordered twice, had next day delivery both times. Their prices are fantastic, and they sell everything I need. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, for brewing supplies. Highly recommended!

I bought 30 swing top beer bottles from Brew2bottle. When they arrived, I found that they had an innovative sealing washer which completely covered the bottom of the stopper. Not to be put off, I used them anyway, but once the brew was ready to drink it soon became apparent that these sealing washers were not up to the job, resulting in 30 bottles of completely flat beer. I would strongly reccommend avoiding these bottles.

All items (including lots of glass bottles) delivered quickly and intact. Had an issue with a delivery that was resolved quickly by the team.
I'll be using them for all my equipment from now on.

Will not respond to emails sent when package delivered damaged.

My first dealing with the company - all goods arrived promptly, were well packaged and undamaged. The prices charged were better than I could find anywhere else, either locally or on the internet.

Ye sadly I agree . These reviews are all to apparent . I started using b2b in lock down ,price wise some fantastic deals. Sadly it's down hill since then .Damaged deliveries . Ben seems to have a hold hopefully now . This is my last attempt after 2 failed damaged deliveries,all because of dreadful packaging . I can go elsewhere ,spend 2 or 3 pound more and guarantee its secure and undamaged and that is the small margins between repeat custom and failure . I really hope they get it right but if you can not after repeat complaints then I don't hold much hope . Cheers carl

After many damaged deliveries “ Martyn Hesketh” on boarding specialist @ “Virtual Distribution” has finally discovered bubble wrap.
They have at last after many years learnt to pack a box.

Brew 2 Bottle have a superb product range however their fulfilment company are diabolical. Unfortunately the fulfilment company “Virtual Distribution” also deal with their customer services.

My recommendation order elsewhere.
Of hope they replace Martyn Hesketh soon.

I ordered a set of 15 bottles of which the majority arrived smashed. I’ve tried to contact customer services twice by email and so far received no response.

Excellent customer service and super fast delivery, Highly recommended

I have just received my first order from Brew2Brew - 6 beer kits of which 2 were very badly dented and one slightly dented. I complined by email and received no response.
I then went onto the website and into livechat which took an age and resulted in an unstisfatory response. I will not be dealing with this company again.

The discount code when applied is removed when making final payment marked as 'already used'.

I have used brew2bottle 3 times each time a different fail.

delivery came damaged took ages to come back and sort it.

Tried forever to order on site epic fail they have since my complaint sorted site out again took ages to come back.

Now I have a faulty brew I purchased 10x their own brewing sugar its first brew fail ever. Again took for ever to come back.so contacting supplier as blaming yeast I have pictures yeast worked.

The level of customer support is horrendous.
If came back faster and asked how would we like this sorted would be better but no.
