Seem very slow in answering question on order Have a fault with a kit and asked for help no response

I have had 2 orders from this brewing supplies shop and both have been very reasonably priced, free delivery, and well packaged. My most recent was 8 x mini kegs, which to be fair I expected to get at least one dented in shipping, but nope, all perfect. If I could make the slightest negative comment, it would be my yeasts were not packaged with a cool pack, but I'm sure they'll be fine, never had issues before. Thanks guys!

Ordered 2 kits and 2 separate cans of malt, order delayed due to Easter period but that’s no problem. Order arrived, packed in a box that was in perfect condition, but on opening all 6 cans were dented, some rather badly. Their response was to ask for photos, (which I sent) then blame the courier and offer 5% discount on my NEXT order (which they offer to anyone simply by signing up to their newsletter). How all 6 cans could get dented as badly as they did, without any marks/damage to the box?
I declined their offer as I will NOT be buying from there again if that’s the best they can do.

I have been a Brew2bottle customer for the past 2 years and a half. I started my homebrewing journey with another of their competitors but decided to stick with Brew2bottle because the quality of their products are high and not overpriced, their packaging has always been top notch, never had a problem with shipping - always very fast. I also have had multiple experiences with their customer service team and their response time is very fast and very customer service oriented.
I wish Brew2bottle also sold all-grain ingredients, they would be my go-to guys for all grain for sure.

I decided to use B2B after having used Wilko's for the past 18 months. I found the range a little depleted but they had what I wanted, all at very good prices. My order has arrived after 2 working days - fantastic - the packaging was first class & I was given the Drinkers Den Brew Book . As usual I had forgotten to order some bottle caps; I emailed; got a call back; had a chat; got 200 caps ( free of charge!). Brilliant! Now, back to the brewing fest I had planned for the summer of 23!

Recently bought 2 kits in the sale awesome price , but they where lost by DPD 1 email to Gareth had a response within the hour , he sorted it with DPD and had my delivery 2 days later absolutely awesome service (DPD is another matter 🤦‍♂️)

When I order an item for delivery to my home address for which I have paid for I don’t expect to be told I have to collect my order from DPD pickup point because I missed there first delivery attempt if you can’t use reputable company that’s gives more sufficient notice of impending delivery then why do you bother to be in business!

Received text message at 7:47am to say expected delivery from 8:10am-9:10am typical of DPD insufficient notice given.

I've ordered from here many times, only ever had one problem which I was refunded for. Quite a lot of the beer kits arrive dented despite being really well packaged so I assume they're already dented when they're packed. None have had any kind of leaks so they're probably just cheaper damaged goods which is why they're cheap! Tbh I don't care too much about a few dents if it means a better price.

Ordered a Grainfather Chillet and Conical on Tuesday evening, received a call on Wednesday morning to arrange delivery date and my items came as planned on Friday morning.

We've been buying from them for a while, but had a problem with one of our barrels. We spoke to them about the issue and they were extremely helpful, providing support to identify the issue and then sending through some replacement parts to get us back up and brewing again. Speedy delivery and good product selection.

Ordered 7 packets of yeast, amongst other things. One of which i knew was short-dated as was in the clearance bin. However, two others were either short-life or expired. Emailed the company using its Contact Form on their website and received a refund of the items, no questions asked, within an hour. Quality Control could be better but when error was highlighted to them, refund was made no questions asked. Other products in shipment were well packaged and in good shape. Delivery only took 2 working days.

BE WARY. Zero support. I bought a King Keg from them 7 months ago so it is still in warranty. It has become faulty (blowing CO2 through the tap). I have sent them 3 emails asking for support but they have not replied at all. Also there is no support page on their website. If they have gone bust as others have suggested then why is it still possible to buy from their website?

They have gone bust and appear to be trying to start again so beware!!

Absolutely appalling. I ordered a small pressure barrel and received a faulty one (screw thread was damaged / not cut properly so I couldn't put the tap in). I also ordered 3m of tubing which should be one 3m section but came as 3 x 1m (despite the product description stating it would be 1 x 3m). I emailed customer service who asked me to return the barrel and said they would send a replacement and a 3m section of tubing. Before I returned the first barrel they sent me another faulty one and no tubing. I returned both barrels, they said they would check the next one before shipping to make sure it was OK. Guess what... I got another faulty one and still no tubing. The tap was not in the barrel so they clearly hadn't checked it. After over a month of messing about I said I would return it and they refunded it. Still waiting for the tubing!

I don't know if these guys are going bust, or trying to send themselves bust, but they don't respond to emails, are perfectly nice and apologetic on the phone, but then don't do what they promise. I have faulty goods and have been trying to get a refund for 3 months! Shocking service! Avoid at all cost!

AVOID. Appear to be going out of business.
I received my order with a damaged kit. No answer to numerous emails and calls. Their answer machine can't even accept calls as it is full.
Pity, they were once good and cheap.

Issues with ordering, according to Youngs home brew they are going bust, I have just received my order from Home Brew Online with no such issues.

I understand from Youngs Home brew supplies that
‘We have now had no alternative but to issue a 'Winding Up Petition' against the company 'Brew2Bottle' and its serving officers for failure to make payment.’
Be careful before placing your orders.

I've been using B2B since I got into home-brewing during the early days of Lockdown. Have now ordered from them about 7 times and have never had a problem. Have emailed and called several times to amend orders and they are always friendly, helpful and very obliging. Their service and prices are so good that I've not found the need to order from anywhere else. Can only presume that the negative reviews they've received have been from a handful of unfortunately negative experiences which I think are the result of a fairly small company being overwhelmed by popularity.
