Asked to get a call back from the…

Asked to get a call back from the manager on the issue and never got a call back. Representative who asnwered the call did not have the answer with the information that should be known and given to the customer.

Two Thumbs Up!

Awesome customer service. Our Breville toaster quit while still under warranty. After a short discussion with a customer service agent, Breville delivered a new one to my door within a couple of days. The whole process of returning the broken one was super easy and Breville kept me updated by email. Kudos.

The best customer service

Every single conversation I've had with Breville representatives have been courteous, respectful, kind, patient and always helpful. Breville has EXCELLENT customer service, which makes me want to be a customer for life.

Customer service was faultless

Customer service was faultless. Talking me through the issue on the phone and then arranging to have the machine picked up for repairs was very a very easy process to go through. My assistant on the phone was excellent, so well done to your trainers, if my experience was anything to go by, they have trained your support staff exceptionally well.
