Once again amazing Breville customer…

Once again amazing Breville customer service. Replaced a broken part within 2 days and this was from a machine that gets daily use over the past few years! I would never buy a small appliance from anywhere else! Bravo Breville!

Cannot recommend breville

Thankful for the redirection to Nespresso for American machine repair, however I would not have bought this machine had I known how complicated and time consuming it would be to get help. Doubt we will be able to get it fixed after only two years working. Can no recommend this brand, unfortunately.

The absolute BEST!

The Breville support team were the absolute best! I didn't purchase a Breville coffee machine for the great coffee, but rather to enjoy a daily reminder of one of the best care calls of any corporate business I've ever encountered... Thank you!

Too many issues with Breville Customer Support

Too many things. Lack of prompt response to my issue. Only now close to resolution despite logging the issue in Feb this year. Made to run the hamster wheel to get a solution. No replies or silence from Breville. Had to continually chase to get a response.
Encountered issues with my Bambino Plus machine.
Lodge a service request. Asked to send to a service centre to check. Service tech found no technical issue, but my coffee machine leaves a puddle of water each time I make a cuppa. Service tech said he captured this issue in his report. Customer Support tells me tech says no issue. Asked to provide more evidence. No response. Evidence was lost in transit. Had to re-do evidence. Silence. Told to return machine. Asked for a replacement to be shipped ASAP. Was promised that one would be once the courier picked up my return. Silence, broken promise. Only received update today. 4 days after faulty machine collected after numerous follow up. Extremely disappointed.

I have purchased many Breville products…

I have purchased many Breville products and this is the first I have had to contact about problems after being used for only one time. The phone customer service representative was very helpful and provided a solution which made me happy. I was able to return the machine and received a replacement over 5 days which included a weekend!
