The new Weatherford location has amazing service. I am a college student and drive a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I was treated well and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. Manager does a great job.

I will tell you this I have done alot of business with this company and the guy that has taken up front and whatever over.. They have done lost all our business be cuz the price everytime going in is changing and I get prices are change but everytime and the dude is rude. ( Dustin ) i believe is his name!

1st time visit today for a Brake Inspection and really impressed with the integrity given. Reset my brake light on my panel and said everything was good to go. Could have charged me but the did’nt. I will be back as a customer with all my vehicles!

AUTO REPAIR FRAUD, SCAMMING, AND DISHONEST REPAIR PRACTICES Temple Tx

Walter the manager at this location cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to treat you right. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. This was my sons first time getting work done his car and Walter treated him great. They made a customer for life

I was excited to find more than one same-day appointment slot at this location. I arrived early, but upon arrival was told I would need to leave the car because they were in fact backed up without available appointment slots.

After four hours, Mike called quoting me nearly $600 for brake pads on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. I was told that this price did not include rotors, which were going to be resurfaced. In four hours they hadn’t put a tool on the rotors to determine whether they would need to be replaced or not.

It was pretty clear they didn’t want my business and this was a petty and spiteful way to treat a customer willing to leave their car with you for four hours. I called back to tell them that I’d spent $40 in Uber rides to NOT do business with them that today and I’d be picking up my car.

The shop manager Louie called back to give me another price. It was $250 less than the original estimate; he expressed that he "wanted to make it right." When I brought the car back, Mike wouldn't honor the price Louie offered.

Mike and Louie are the reason I took the car to a different shop today and gave them $900 to do the front and rear brakes plus the rotors.

I would like to explain my experience at Brakes plus at 2319 S. Federal. The gentleman that took my order was extremely helpful and courteous. He did what we asked for in a timely manner and called us when it was completed. Couldn't ask for better service!

The staff made my experience very pleasant. The tech that worked on my vehicle did a great job. Emily helped get me out the door very quickly and was very nice.

I took my car to Manor TX for noise on the breaks they told me they worked on and change pads resurfaced front and rear. They saw that they oil was leaking and few days later I come to do the oil leak. According to them it needed to change the cover gasket kit and plugs and the oil change had to be done cleaning the oil around all the leaking. A week later I started to hear noises again someone looked my car not only read breaks had issues, but when they opened the hood they saw that was no oil in my car and had not cleaned all the oil around to even see where the leak was coming from. I took back to them from the beginning I tell the front desk guy that I was very upset and I wanted my car to be fixed for what I paid. They saw my receipts and took responsibility to fix the problem without saying anything about additional charges. They begin with the oil leak the person that was working keep coming to me with sweet talk what the process was going to be of fixing the leak I keep telling also adding that was also the breaks he will stated that he first will work on the oil and he has already see the problem with the brakes. When he finishes fixing the oil leak he come up telling that I had agreed to pay eight hundred plus dollars more, which I tell him that from being I let them know that I paid for that issue and was not fixed. They were trying to hold my car and after talking to the manager on the phone and charging charges and tell them that we can go to court. They let the car go, but they never fixed my breaks because they were sweet talk trying to get more money by manipulating when the job of the oil leak was done to see if I pay to continue to the brakes and to charge too. I think it is important that I address that I am a 61 years old woman. My car is an old 2008 hunda. It’s seems they are desperate to get money by lying.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Brakes Plus on Blue Mound Road, especially the manager Joshua Edwards, for their outstanding customer service and willingness to help.
My cousin recently moved to Texas from out of state and had just received her new Texas license plates. However, her vehicle did not have a front license plate bracket, and we did not have the tools needed to install one. We stopped by Brakes Plus to see if they could assist us. Although installing a license plate bracket is not a service they normally provide, the manager took the time to help. He recommended that we purchase a license plate holder and invited us to return once we had it, assuring us that he would help us install it.
What impressed me most was his kindness and genuine desire to help someone who was new to the state feel welcomed and supported. This was a simple act of generosity, but it made a big difference. The entire team was friendly, professional, and eager to assist.
In today's world, it is rare to find businesses that go above and beyond without expecting anything in return. The manager and his team demonstrated what true customer care and community spirit look like. I highly recommend Brakes Plus on Blue Mound Road to anyone looking for a business that values its customers and treats people with respect and kindness.
