Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers Arvostelua 40 087

First off I want to say this station I very well kept. It's so clean and all the techs are super friendly. I don't like leaving this review at all but I must because it's the truth. So I made an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. So after they had finished and I made it home I did a inspection of my new tires and I noticed they put 3 out of the 4 tires on wrong. The tires are directional tires so they have an inside and outside clearly marked on the tires so I took my car back and the tech apologized and jumped right on correcting the mistake. However when I made it back home for the second time I noticed they scuffed up my older not nearly new alloy wheels and had black marks all over that won't come off. But here's what really bothers me they used the clip on weights and placed them on the outside of my alloy wheels and that's just wrong and kinda insulting making me feel like my car is junky. I know you can use those weights on the outside of steel wheels but you can hide them with hubcaps . I know my car isn't new but I try and take care of it and I just felt judged. I'm not sure of the date of my experience I didn't keep my receipt but less than a month ago.

My name is Anthony Wade, and I am a Retired Army Veteran who had the privilege to visit the Express Oil Change on Battleground Ave in Greensboro N. C. for the first time. I had the pleasure of meeting a kind and professional gentleman name Antonio who I believe was the Manager over an equally professional and very kind crew for a safety inspection, which I passed. I generally revisit such places with courteous and professional service, and I must say that I will be revisiting them again without hesitation, and I will be sure to tell my friends about them because I was truly impressed. My service was rendered about two weeks ago, which a day or two later. I had caught pneumonia symptoms, but it didn't stop me from remembering that crew at Express Oil Change on Battleground because you definitely have this Veteran as a customer. Please let them know that this customer appreciates them!!! TC

Made an appointment, easy enough. Apparently that appointment made on the website isn't sent to the store OR this store on Woodward Crossing / Mall of Georgia doesn't pay attention to them as when I pulled up, they had no information about an appointment. They asked what I was there for and got the ball rolling. Within minutes, a young guy comes out an says they can't do the oil change as they do not have the filter but they can go ahead an do the tire rotation. I asked when they could get the filter and was told 20 minutes, so I suggested they get the tires done and when the filter gets there, do that. Efficient right ?
I verified that they had my phone number and went to the store next door. One hour after my arrival the car had not been moved from the oil change bay. I asked what was going on and they said they were about to do the tires and they are still waiting on the filter. I told them we were done and with NO APOLOGIES for the delay, wasting my time, not having the equipment on hand for an appointment, nada. They gave me my car and I left. I would never return as these guys apparently have ZERO customer service skills and just refuse business. I do not want to find out about their automotive repair skills as while I was waiting there was a lady that stated this was taking too long as she had an appointment to get to and she didn't know why they took the wheels off her car. BEWARE! 5-14-26

David helped me out with my tire and did a great job. He was very professional and friendly.

We had a rental car. The low oil light came on. We found your Express Oil Change. Lamar took great care of us.
He topped the oil off and even filled the windshield in a very professional manner.

I got my oil changed April 25th. Ryan R., Chris, and another female (I did not catch her name) serviced my Armada for an oil change. They did such a phenomenal job and I couldn't be happier! Ryan even answered all my dumb questions.
Chris has also been someone who has serviced my car in previous visits. She made an impression on me from my first visit and I always like seeing her face when I go. She's always so upbeat and friendly. I love seeing familiar faces when I have to get my car done. Being a female that's important to me. Chris and Ryan are top notch and truly deserve to recognized with a raise!
I will continue to visit this location because I trust these people and the work they do on my vehicles.

I received a recommendation to try the Ooltewah TN location on Reagan Lane zip 37363. Greeting, service, and performance of all concerned was way beyond any expectations! They are all at this location Rock Stars !!! I will return for service.

Tom was so professional and offered great customer service. He explained everything that was being done, made several recommendations, and was able to assist me in setting up a tire change after the oil change. He offered coffee/ and water as I was waiting in the lobby and he answered questions about the company. He is very proud of Express Oil and seems to love his job. I will recommend to all of my friends and I will definitely be back and ask for Tom!

Joseph customer service was very good also explaining more about what could make my car run better, oil change was less then 10min, highly recommend.

I want to thank Express for there kindness. They couldn't help me with my transmission problems ,the honesty and thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. We were traveling headed to New Jersey and car started having problems.

Fort Walton Beach Express Oil Change is the best of the eight Express Oil Change locations I have used over the years. The rest were good…this one is just better! From a great manager to the skilled technicians to courtesy from everyone…this place wins us over every time.
