Brainwavz Audio Arvostelua

Arrived quick, works perfectly as intended. Super light on the head, very breathable which is good for the Aussie heat.

Do not trust this company! I did not recieve my order, I had contacted twice the first time I got told the item was marked as delivered, I then searched everywhere and there was no sign of the parcel, I asked my neighbours if they had it and they did not, there is no post office for it to have gone to. So I contacted them again I had no proof of delivery and asked them to get in contact with the courier and never got a reply. Complete scam.

Great headphones HM5's. I like their clean sound and the reproduction of the sound. I would recommend them most music lovers (you are not over powered by the bass, which makes a nice change from many headphones. Only one suggestion. An on/off switch on the lead. Otherwise Awesome.
Downside it took two and a half months to arrive.

BEWARE EU BUYERS. They ship from Hong Kong. Extremely long delivery time and high customs charges. Product of mediocre quality.

This is what I call quality service!
And the products are good quality.

Paid on august 30 2021 - received on january 11 2022
from hong kong to colombia, packaging was okay
and the product it self its really well made, no complains there but i got some weird blue circles on the brainwavs bag so i wonder if the gel layer was compromised in shipping, although i didnt saw any leaks or anything while using them, i recommend sturdier packaging to protect the foam and gel during shipping i do see a few malformations to the foam but nothing too serious 4.5/5, no points deducted for the long delay due to the pandemic.

Super long time of delivery. It won’t take that long even with sea shipping.

Customer service at Brainwavz Audio was absolutely no help whatsoever.

The worst store I've ever bought from.
First of all, they don't give an estimate before buying.
Second, I bought 2 items, almost a month ago and nothing yet. No heads up for an estimated time. Nothing! No word from the company.
If I could I'd give even less stars.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

Very slow delivery. It took you guys months to deliver my item.

Almost one month and still no news about my earpads, neither an update on spedition. You give a very poor service. I will never buy again from your official store.

After almost a decade with HM5, I'm still in awe of how superb the experience continues to be, no other headset I've tried since, sounded better to me.

The round XL micro suede replacement headphone pads I ordered did not get shipped until I contacted customer service and then they had to ship them though amazon, that was not too big an issue, the big issue is that they bleed black dye on literally anything they touch, my desk is stained, my phone case is stained and it's entirely possible that my head is stained (I have long dark hair so I can't really tell) they are also rather itchy, now with all that said they are very well constructed, they haven't fallen apart at all and hold up really well (that is unusually good in my experience) , maybe if I had gone with the velour I wouldn't have had these problems. All in all not the worst experience I've ever had but certainly not the best.

Nice product. Looks premium. It is sturdy. I guess it is 3D printed. Strong adhesive.

Only drawback about this product is its strong adhesiveness. It is not easily to remove, you might need special equipment like heat gun or hair dryer to remove it (as defined in product description)

I buy from this store 15 orders. its all right. But in march 2020 hong kong post stopped send to russia. Two years i cant buy from he. He do not want to use other courier services.

Over the last couple of years, I've regularly used Brainwavz Earpads to take the place of stock pads on new headphones. Especially good, I've found the XL fenestrated sheepskin pads, not hot and sticky, and comfortable along with improving the sound quality. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Brainwavz whole heartedly.

Communication excellent on progress of order. Actually surprised when the pads turned up so quickly.
This is the second headphones I've update with Brainwavz pads. Both given a new lease of life and comfortable.

Thanks!

I've been a customer of Brainwavz for many years and have purchased countless music bits and pieces.
Always excellent service and good products at a fair price
