Very poor experience with Brainwavz. I purchased earpads that turned out to be faulty and had to return them. Although they refunded the item price, they refused to reimburse the £5 original shipping and the £10.80 return postage I had to pay because of the faulty product.

Disappointing customer service and not a company I would buy from again.

items not delivered to the correct address, customs declaration was blatantly incorrect.
Readying more reviews and it seems super common occurrence, that you will pay for the items but the items never appear.

Is it possible to leave NO stars???
I paid 7,95 € as shipping costs for earpads (in a small bag of paper). The shipments started from Netherlands.
Today I received the goods after about 1 month... from Hong Kong and not from NL!
They are making drop shipping from China, and I paid also the extra customs cost of 3,95 €.

First, after several days of not receiving any tracking info and their website banner stating 2-4 day delivery I reached out to see why I hadn’t received any tracking info. They said that there was a delay due to their Amazon warehouse inventory movement and was asked to wait a couple more days after a few days. I finally received the tracking info and the package was subsequently delivered.
I checked my bank statement and come to find out they processed my order from out of the country so I was charged a foreign transaction fee, which was not stated anywhere visible to me when I was checking out. When I reached out to them they said that I was charged the correct amount and if I have an issue with the foreign transaction fee to reach out to my bank. Again nowhere does it say that I’m going to get charged a foreign transaction fee when checking out on this website.

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and illegal practices.

​I am extremely disappointed with Brainwavz Audio. I placed two orders (#BW224151WB and #BW224124WB) totaling £49.00.
​Misdelivery: The courier delivered my parcel to the completely wrong district (Glasgow G52 instead of G31). Even though the tracking clearly shows this error, Brainwavz refuses to help and told me to contact the courier myself, which is a breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
​Broken Items: The item that did arrive (headphone stand) was smashed and broken because they sent a fragile 3D-printed product in a cheap bubble mailer instead of a box.
​Terrible Support: Their agent (Adithya) officially stated they "are unable to take this any further" and closed my case without a refund or replacement.
​They take your money and leave you with nothing. I have now initiated a chargeback with Bank of Scotland and reported them to Citizens Advice. Do not buy from them if you live in the UK!

I am extremely disappointed. I waited two weeks for the ear pads and had to pay customs duty. And their quality is terrible! They are smaller than the originals. One is smaller than the other. The seams are very uneven, which means they don't fit properly on the headphones. The material itself seems to be of good quality, but I wouldn't buy them again even for a third of the price. Their website does not allow me to attach photos, even in very low resolution.

They do not include VAT in checkout despite shipping from the EU, I ordered a replacement pad for my hd280. They shipped from NL yet I've had to pay customs once the package arrived.

Purchased replacement ear pads for headphones. They took two weeks to arrive. Communication was good, product is good.

Do NOT buy from this company. Product never arrived and they wash their hands of it.

Brainwavz does not tell during the purchase that the company is in Singapore and the customer is responsible on possible customs fees. The information is found from the page but for a customer that is not careful this might come as a surprise.

I ordered angled pads but I seemed to get 2pcs of left ear pads. I could just install the other pad to the right speaker upside down, but then the sewing seam would face up. Brainwavz's own instructions precisely say that the seam should face downwards. Also the seam up doesn't look good especially when the other seam is facing down.

Customer service did not want to solve this by sending me a new pad but they simply denied the pads are not different for left and right ear which is simply a lie since basically all their instruction videos say the seam must go down on both sides.

I ordered a headphone cable from Brainwavz.
The tracking shows “delivered”, but the package was not delivered to me.
The “proof of delivery” photo clearly shows a different porch and a different person’s hand holding the parcel.
The shipping label was missing my apartment number, so the package went to the wrong address.
I contacted Brainwavz support multiple times, provided the POD images, and explained that the delivery location is not my home.
Despite this, the seller refused to reship or refund the order and keeps insisting that the delivery is valid, even though the photo proves otherwise.
This has been extremely frustrating.
I had to open complaints with the carrier, Shopify, and my bank.
I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Had to pay extra shipping costs after I ordered it. Didn't accept that, got a refund minus the shipping cost they made... So lost money, no package.

This company is awful. Buy nothing from them. They shipped my order (1-5 days) from Hong Kong.....43 days later, they refuse to issue a refund or reship the item. The package is lost. Customer service is the absolute worst. They've been making excuses for nearly a month. So if you like getting scammed....Brainwavz is good for that. Most of their products are little more than 3d printed crap.

I purchased a pair of replacement ear pads for Bose HP700 noise-cancelling headphones. The purchase process was OK. The delivery was sluggish. What came as a surprise was that the price did not include VAT or customs fees or duties, which I had to pay separately. The resulting total price hike rendered the purchase largely unfeasible. Then the quality of the product: After fitting the earpads on my 700's, the headphones don't fit correctly or comfortably. The leather on the pads stretches and the foam is not rigid enough to keep the pads in shape. The headphones barely fit their original case. This was NOT a good deal. I don't recommend the vendor to anyone.

I wouldn't advise to order from this site to Europe, delivery took 24 days and I had to pay in the post office as Brainwavz Audio doesn't pay for Customs service

At no point in the purchasing process does it state that the product is sent from Hong Kong or that the custom clearance has not been prepaid. This is only vaguely insinuated in their terms and conditions, such additional costs are not allowed to be ‘hidden’ within Terms and conditions for European purchases. Greatly dissatisfied.

Back in the day their products i.e. their headphones produced excellent sound e.g. HM5 however they are let down by poor quality manufacturing and quality control. Are they still in business? They seem to be only selling accessories like ear pads and plastic display mounts.

Purchased replacement headband liner and lambskin air pads for the sennes HD650’s as the std senne foam had disintegrated apu. The replacement liner seemed almost genuine, little fiddly to fit, but ok. Found a little soft as per original. The lambskin earpads are a good fit and moderately comfortable. They are fairly deep and wide which is better for the sound. However the result is increased head pressure. I’ve found that over an hour of listening the headphones become uncomfortable. This is to the point of being unbearable by 2 hours. Really they need to be about 2/3 as thick and would be fine. The manufacturer needs to look at this. Also in the typically hotter Australian climate the more breathable little hole leather would be preferable. However Brainwavz shipping was fast and appreciate their range - will be my first choice for headphone products in the future.

I ordered earpads for my sony WH-XB900N.
After 20 days, it is still unclear when my package will be delivered. The costs were nearly doubled due to having to pay import costs. This was a first for me.
When I contacted them, I did get an offer to have it sent back and be reimbursed part of the costs.
Avoid this company. This is horrible service
