We were with GPS Trackit for years, they changed/sold to Zonar. Made us sign a new 3 year contact Our system never worked right after that. Reached out to Technical support numerous times with either no response or what they would suggest did not help. Reached out to our Sales Rep and did not get a response to the first three emails. We had no choice but to go with a different company and now our sales rep want to make it right or charge us over $5000.00 for terminating the contract for a product that should be documented as not working
9/25 Update: I was offered 50% , now I start hearing from the sales rep and customer service. It took three emails to request the updated invoice.

GPS track it does not stand by their so called "service". When you ask for help, you get ignored and then told that's untrue- even when you provide them with email proof of them not responding. Then they offer a "good will" discount of 50% for early termination fees. When you tell them that's unacceptable because they broke their own contract obligations and shouldn't be entitled to a cent, they try to bully you into re-signing another contract in order to remove said early termination fees and if you don't re-sign, they say they are going to send you to collections. I don't know about you, but that doesn't seem right to me. STAY FAR AWAY!! Also, there's never any supervisors or anyone to speak to in order resolve issues amicably in the moment. I've sent countless emails to every customer service rep and generic email on their website, and not a soul has acknowledged they dropped the ball. But, funny thing is, said emails that were not working well enough to respond when I asked for assistance, sure work when they're demanding money..Hmm...

Customer service and Tech help is very poor. I have been trying for over a month by phone and email to be called back from my account rep. I have had problems with equipment not working properly since my company has started with them. Tech supports go to line is that the problem is the installers fault.

After reading your company reply, my review is on point. Sent in complaint on June 26, 2026, Zonar replies on 9/14/26. Not very good customer service on response time. I have called and tried to escalate the issue's but still have same problems month in and out. Terrible company to work with, would not recommend them to anyone.

Manny was AMAZING!!! So helpful, so patient, full of knowledge. We will request him for all future trainings.

Melissa is great to work with and she is right on top of what i need when I call. I'm not crazy about the ELDs but I do like the cameras. They are a little to sensitive but do what I need.

The equipment was ship on time it was easy to set up and it very accurate

Customer service was very helpful explaining the routing features

Fixed my issues and even worked on it after I had to move on to something else.

I was recently forced to look for other services due to the lack of customer service in Tech Support
During a DOT audit, I needed crucial information that was pertinent to the audit. And it took four weeks in order for me to get the proper documents need for the trucks. Out of extreme frustration. I found another supplier for my ELD needs and canceled my business with the company. Now they are charging a cancellation fee. And the cancelation was due to their poor service. Multiple times multiple requests, and I have called their credit team since the end of december 2025 trying to resolve this pastor invoice that I do not feel. I should be responsible for because of their inadequate service and their voice message states. They are still on holiday and to call back. We are now in february. This is a shady company.

This was a very informative information session. They answered a lot of my questions before I even had to ask them.

The worse experience. Smooth in the beginning before your sold a bs System. For the next 3 years cameras were constantly not recording without giving me any notifications. You have to request one minute clips if there is an accident, you’d have to go back and try to figure out what time it was can’t keep track of actual drivers cause there’s no constant fee to go back and look this was never told to me.. tell you some BSAI camera that can detect stuff that it really doesn’t matter. After a year and a half, almost 2 years with them and fighting with them to always get new systems. I finally decided to break my contract and even pay the early termination fee for the contract. Then, when I returned my broken equipment, they try to charge me over $2500 saying that the equipment wasn’t working and not in the best condition. Supervisors are never available. They tell you the same thing over and over they’ve been telling me for months, we will escalate this to our supervisor, but refuse to give you the supervisor’s contact information email or phone number to call directly yourself now they’re merging with this so-called Zonar company. Android supervisors never got back to me in the last six months Santiago the same thing they cannot be found on the BBB to report them. Neither company do not use their services. They cannot be found on Google for reviews yelp for reviews.. I got more results for going on Amazon and buying my own dash cams with SD cards that I can go back and rewind everything that I ever did use in these guys crappy products for years.

The specific training on a targeted subject was great, My representative was very knowledgeable on the software and uses of its tools.
