Forever happy with the service and products that Boxraw deliver. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 5 years now and I’ve not had a thing to complain about. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed everything I have bought from there - definitely recommend.

As a first-time purchaser, even though there was an issue with my package, the backup customer service team did a great job of addressing my concerns with great patience. I will order again in August after I get back to the state!

Customer service was very helpful, I had some delivery issues and they reimbursed my orders so that I didn’t have to wait longer to reorder my items.

If your want good quality and comfortable clothes they have the items you have been looking for!!!!

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I bought the pants and T-shirt for my boxing and training sessions, and they exceeded my expectations. I was initially concerned about choosing the right size, but I followed the size guide and the fit was perfect.

The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable, allowing me to move freely during even the most intense workouts. The quality feels excellent, and they've held up great through regular training.

Overall, this has been a fantastic experience. I would definitely buy from this brand again and highly recommend these products to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality workout gear.

1 Stern – Absolute Frechheit
Habe gerade eben bestellt und hatte einen winzigen Tippfehler in der Adresse. Bestellung war keine 5 Minuten alt. Schreibe sofort den Support — die Antwort kam schneller als erwartet: „Geht nicht, wir ändern und stornieren nichts mehr.“ Fertig. Keine Diskussion, keine Hilfe, einfach nur arrogant abgewimmelt.
Für 200 Euro Boxschuhe so einen katastrophalen, unflexiblen und kundenfeindlichen Support zu haben, ist einfach nur billig und unverschämt. Der Service ist ein Witz. Nie wieder Boxraw.

Website and final invoice with my address says 4-7 days shipping. Reality was 20-27 days shipping. I emailed and the reply was to wait 20-27 days. So they are aware the shipping will take 3-4 weeks but tell you on the website and invoice that it’s 4-7.

Have been a customer of Boxraw for around 6 years. High quality workout/casual gear. When I've had small issues, customer care have always solved them promptly and appropriately. Can recommend 👍

As a long-term customer and supporter of Boxraw, I’m extremely disappointed by my recent experiences. After waiting over two weeks for my order, I finally received a response informing me that the item was actually out of stock and that my order was being cancelled.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this only came after I had sent multiple emails chasing an update, only to be repeatedly passed around without receiving any clear or helpful answer throughout the entire two-week period.

Having spent hundreds supporting this brand over the years, I expected far better customer service and communication. Instead, I’ve been left feeling completely dismissed and let down by what has been a highly unprofessional experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with BOXRAW.

I placed an order for two T-shirts and expected a straightforward delivery process. Instead, I experienced repeated delays, inaccurate delivery updates, unexpected customs charges, and ultimately never received my order.

The company sent me an email stating that my order had been delivered when it had not. After contacting support, I was informed that the notification had been sent in error. I was then asked to pay customs duties that were never clearly disclosed during checkout. Had I known about these additional charges, I would have reconsidered my purchase.

After weeks of waiting and multiple back-and-forth emails, I was informed that the package was being returned without ever reaching me. Rather than receiving a clear solution, I continued to receive requests for additional information while still having no product in hand.

Customer service was polite, but the actual resolution process was extremely poor. As a customer, I was left dealing with delays, confusion, and unexpected costs for an order that was never delivered.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend BOXRAW.

Very disappointing experience with BOXRAW.

I placed an order over 6 months ago. The original shipment was lost, so BOXRAW sent a replacement package. Unfortunately, the replacement became stuck in customs/postal handling in Ecuador and has not moved for weeks.

Since then, I have spent months going back and forth with support trying to resolve the issue.

BOXRAW repeatedly told me to contact the Ecuador postal service myself. I am no longer in Ecuador, but I still followed their instructions and contacted Correos del Ecuador directly.

Correos del Ecuador officially confirmed to me:

“por el momento no realizamos devoluciones al País de origen”

Translation:
“At the moment we do not perform returns to the country of origin.”

In other words:
• the parcel cannot be returned to BOXRAW,
• I cannot collect it because I am no longer in Ecuador,
• and the situation is completely outside of my control.

Despite this, BOXRAW still refuses to issue either:
• a refund,
or
• reshipment to my current address in the Czech Republic.

Instead, after more than 6 months, they continue asking me to wait indefinitely for customs updates that may never come.

I have:
• contacted the postal service,
• attempted chargeback through Revolut,
• provided all requested information,
• and cooperated throughout the entire process.

At this point I am left with:
• no package,
• no refund,
• and no actual resolution.

6 months and 54+ emails later.. the case has gone nowhere. I expected significantly better customer service and accountability from a premium sportswear brand.

BoxRaw continues to make quality gear and clothing for training, fighting or lounging around. I have ordered 3 different tops now and love them for training. The clothing stands apart from others in the industry in terms of quality, and customer service. I will definitely continue buying from BoxRaw.

Item was delivered as promised. Their quality is always good and they have responsive customer service.

I ordered the Hagler Sauna Suit, Genaro Windbreaker, and the Vlades Shorts. The construction and attention to detail of the garments are top-notch. My inquiries were quickly met by the customer service team, who were very friendly and helpful.

I love Boxraw products, but it seems they still have some challenges in warehouse operation and overseas delivery.
I hope those will be resolved soon. I imagine they are growing rapidly and short staffed temporarily. I’m always rooting for Boxraw.
