Every time that I’ve had an issue discrepancy with my order, they have made it right. I think that’s a big thing for me on top of that. The quality of the clothes is just awesome perfect for the gym. And I love how active they are with coming out with new collapse with boxers.

10/10, they’re designed and collabs are amazing, top quality and the best customer service. I washed my BOXRAW shirt and it ended up damaging itself and when I contacted BOXRAW they were kind enough to not only give me instructions on how to wash and dry properly so it doesn’t happen again but they also offer me a replacement and points!

As a first-time customer, I’m really disappointed with BOXRAW. The designs are great, don’t get me wrong, but for a brand positioned as premium, especially considering the prices, the return policy is very poor. I have to pay €20 to return the items within the EU because none of the three T-shirts fit properly. On top of that, when you try to contact customer support, you only get an AI chatbot that isn’t helpful at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Edit: I think it’s fair from my side that Boxraw read my review and issued 20€ for the inconvenience. So I ordered again and now that I know how each piece of clothing fits, everything’s okay and I’m satisfied.

Just all out amazing quality

Horrible customer service. Reordered three times because it never came and they refused to give my money back to me. Told me that I had to wait and kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Still haven’t received anything after more than 15 emails sent to them. Never buying again.

COURIER says it has been delivered but nothing was received . emailed BOXRAW, and was met TWICE with AI agents that did not help with anything.

After which I had to write in a refund request, they told me they couldnt link my order to email and order number even after i showed the screenshot of my order.

BAD SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

J’ai commandé le sac de frappe BOXRAW Classic Heavy Bag 135 cm / 85 kg ainsi que plusieurs vêtements, et le service client a été irréprochable tout au long du processus.

L’équipe a toujours été professionnelle, réactive et très à l’écoute. Ils m’ont aidé pour les changements de tailles, ont répondu à toutes mes questions concernant la livraison et les frais de douane, ont appliqué une réduction sur les vêtements et m’ont tenu informé concernant l’expédition sur palette et le suivi DHL.

Malgré la complexité d’une expédition internationale pour un colis aussi volumineux, tout a été géré avec sérieux et professionnalisme.

Ils ont même ajouté quelques cadeaux dans la commande, ce qui a été vraiment très apprécié et montre l’attention qu’ils portent à leurs clients.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur patience, leur communication et leur accompagnement durant toute la commande.

Je recommande fortement BOXRAW : produits premium et service client premium.

Lastly, the reward system is top notch! It's very easy to stack up points to redeem. Customer service responds quickly as well. I wish I could stack my military discount but that's me just being nitpicky. Thank you to all the Boxraw team for the great experience and service. God bless!

The shipping was fast and the product was exactly as listed

Ordered on 26 April. As of 21 May, the package still hasn't arrived.
The order sat unshipped for two full weeks before BOXRAW dispatched it. When I raised the delay, the first replies came from an AI bot. When I followed up several times — including an explicit refund request — my emails were ignored for days.
When a human finally replied, they pointed me to DHL and told me to contact customs myself. No acknowledgement of the two-week pre-shipment delay on their end, and no response to my refund request. I was also warned that sending multiple messages might push my ticket further down the queue — after they had failed to reply at all.
Other brands ship to Europe from EU warehouses precisely to avoid this. BOXRAW does not, then passes the consequences to the customer.
Disappointing experience. Would not order again.

BOXRAW products are of high quality, with perfect fabric texture and stitching.
Their designs are also sophisticated. Designed with boxing training in mind, we use BOXRAW products for all our training wear.
We also use BOXRAW training equipment, such as heavy bags.
We'd like to try bags with a tapered bottom, but haven't yet adopted them as we're not familiar with them.
We believe that enhancing the mood and atmosphere of our daily training environment helps boost motivation, so we also have our juniors train with these products.

Great product and excellent customer service! I will be more than happy to shop at Boxraw.com again.
