Placed an order on 11th July.
Still waiting for a tracking number and delivery date.
Reached out to customer support multiple times and all I get is we are getting your order ready.
Absolute nightmare.
I cannot belive that such arrogance towards customers can exist these days.

I placed my order on Sunday (Order #GB2197194), and by Friday the only update I’ve received is that the order is “Confirmed”. There has been no dispatch confirmation, no tracking information, and no communication explaining the delay.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. At the moment, I’m left wondering whether my order has even been processed.

I chose BOXRAW because of its reputation, so this has been disappointing. Hopefully the products are worth the wait, but the customer experience so far has not been what I expected.

Until communication and dispatch times improve, I can’t recommend the ordering experience.

This was my first purchase with Boxraw, and unfortunately it will probably be my last.

I placed a large order over two weeks ago and qualified for free 24-hour Royal Mail delivery because of the size of my order. The full payment was taken from my credit card immediately, yet I still haven’t even received a dispatch notification.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. I’ve received a mix of generic AI-style responses and equally unhelpful emails from customer support, none of which have provided a clear timeline for when my order will actually be sent. Instead, they keep referring to the high volume of orders from their summer sale. While I understand that sales can create pressure, customers shouldn’t be promised 24-hour delivery and then left waiting for weeks without even knowing when their order will be dispatched.

The most frustrating part is that I used a £50 voucher on this order. At this point I simply want to cancel and get my money back, but I’m reluctant to do so because I don’t want to be forced to place another order with a company I’ve completely lost confidence in just to use the voucher again.

Delays happen. Poor communication doesn’t have to. Taking payment immediately, advertising 24-hour delivery, failing to dispatch an order for over two weeks, and repeatedly sending vague, templated responses instead of honest updates is simply not good enough.

A genuinely disappointing first experience, and not one I would recommend to others.

Ordered a few things off of Box Raw, received fast and is great quality.
I did have an issue that I needed sorted and Erb from the customer service team really looked after me and went above and beyond to fix the issue I had.
Great company to deal with.
Im looking forward to my next order.

Ive purchased from Boxraw on several occasions. Unfortunately half of those purchases have come with issues. Its either the product has been faulty or ive not received my order as promised.

What I will say is customer service is responsive and do try and deal with you fairly. Just a shame im custom to dealing with box raw customer service because of issues.

i loved the quality of the shirt the design and to get to wear a shirt of one of my favorite boxers was amazing i got so many compliments on the shirt

Each order is highly personalized and the clothing has a high attention to detail. Boxraw is a brand I keep coming back to because of the high quality. I recently ordered a couple t-shirts that are extremely comfortable - I have a hard time choosing other things to wear!

Great customer service

I had some issues with custom clearance in Germany, but the support helped me through it perfectly. I couldn‘t have wished for a better experience. All in all it was quick and i felr very mich taken care of.

The best brand

I remember joining the BOXRAW community when one of my favorite fighters, Tank, dropped his collaboration back in October 2020. I bought one of the shirts from that collection, and I’ve been rocking with BOXRAW ever since.

It’s been amazing to watch the brand grow while staying true to boxing. They do a great job blending the sport with the lifestyle, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community they’ve built.

As a boxer myself, I can honestly say the gear is great for training, looks just as good for everyday wear, and holds up really well over time. The product quality, customer support, rewards program, content, and even the team’s interactions on social media have all been top tier.

If you haven’t tried BOXRAW yet, I definitely recommend it. Keep up the great work! 🥊

Garbage company. They sent a faulty payment link, it didnt work (Who sends an additional payment link to get product shipped after already paying?)

We told them to send a new one, no response. Told them again, no response. 6 weeks after ordering they wont provide a refund, and we're now out $150+

I never write reviews like this but Ive never seen anything this incompetent in my life

I love the quality of the clothing, I’m a amateur boxer and I’m looking to get sponsored by boxraw myself, so I use their gear for training and fighting, definitely will continue to buy more products. Can’t wait for the summer sale to begin

I’ve made many purchases from the site over the last 2 years.

I’ve always been extremely impressed with the quality of the clothing, high end quality material and long lasting.

Recently there was an issue with an order, customer service was ace and all issues were resolved.

I highly recommend BOXRAW not only for the clothing and boxing gear but also for the customer service.
