BOXRAW Arvostelua 

Return Policy says that a refund needs up to 10 days.
Its over 3 weeks and I didnt get one penny back yet.
After speaking with the customer service, they told me that they would help, but it seems that they dont really understand their own system. One jacket was in a seperate shipmment (why is even that?!) and it was never send to me.
I wouldnt recommend ordering to germany!

I ordered two pairs of shorts, one T-shirt, and one hoodie from BOXRAW.

After three weeks without receiving anything, I contacted them by email. I was then told that my package was still with the courier. I contacted BOXRAW again to explain that the package was not there.

I received a reply saying that my package was on its way and that something had gone wrong with my order. A few days later, I suddenly received a message saying that my package had been successfully delivered by OX and thanking me for shopping with BOXRAW.

The problem is: I never received the package.

I contacted BOXRAW again, and now it has been four days without any response.

I find this completely unacceptable. It is honestly surprising that such a large brand can handle a customer’s order this way and leave them without their money or their products.

Do yourself a favor and think twice before ordering from BOXRAW.

I have bought from Boxraw about 3 or 4 times now, always happy with the products and services. The product design is great, especially looking forward to sponsored fighters’ training camp products, like Bivol. Product’s design is also great for day to day street wear; not just in the gym.

Despite being informed by email that a replacement had been delivered of my XL hoodie there is no evidence whatsoever of this on my Ring doorbell footage no delivery was made. I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this matter, yet I have received no meaningful assistance. Instead, I have only been met with automated responses, with no opportunity to speak to a human member of the customer service team. This has wasted a significant amount of my time and has caused unnecessary frustration. I still waiting on a refund for a T-shirt and over £50 out of pocket.

I’ve made a total of 3 orders from Bulgaria. There were quite a fee complications and over 1 week delays on 2 out of the 3. Their customer support isn’t too helpful. I did, however received everything I ordered at the end and I need to be honest - the sheer quality of the products more than makes up for the hassle with receiving the packages. The quality is better than the big brands in the industry. I personally place them above Nike, Adidas, Under Armour etc. Very pleased! Wonderful materials and quality craftsmanship!

Had an issue lately, which was a damaged delivery. Upon receipt of the damaged item I contacted Boxraw customer service and the issue was sorted without hesitation. The customer service felt personable and it was just great to come to a more than satisfactory resolution!
That’s what customer service is all about!

First time purchaser from BOXRAW , the products are amazing very good quality , although my delivery was delayed they let me know how the process was going and never let me down , Thank you BOXRAW

After numerous emails to find out where my parcel is and getting nowhere, they recommebded i go to the shop my item was meant to be delivered to.After calling into the place, they gave me DPD's number(the number the guy in emails said he couldnt get intouch with). So I called DPD and spoke to them, they told me that the parcel just disappeared in the DPD warehouse. They said it was tracked till the 16th then vanished. They also said you have been in contact with them on 29th and 30th July and have been informed of this. The thing thats annoyed me is that i have chased this up with boxraw and now had to go and chase DPD. This is a disgrace to be honest, its now 31st July,the parcel was lost 16th July and no one contacted me to inform me? Nothappy at all and I will not be ordering again from this company again.

When you order something on the 12th you expect it to be delivered by at least 16th, not wait till 30th before you find out the item is missing. On the review it asks what date my experience happened, it happened the 16th,19th, 22nd, 25th, 27th and 31st July, continues lies, the depot knew it had been lost in transport and told boxraw but they had me stringing along, asking me to go to the shop where it was meant to be delivered when they knew it was lost in transit.

The quality of all Boxraw apparel and equipment is top class! I also really love the designs on the clothing.

Customer service is also excellent, I had a small issue with one of my orders and it was rectified immediately.

Worst experience I’ve had with any online based company. False promises of parcel getting dispatched, yet 20 days after ordering my parcel hasn’t been dispatched. Customer service is not helpful, clearly don’t value their customers. Don’t sell items if you don’t have the capacity to ship them

Ordered some shoes from Boxraw, the website said it would take 5-10 days. It has been 20 days and it’s still not here and who knows when it will arrive because, all the replies I get from my emails are AI replies and someone who says a whole lot of nothing. Horrible service, just feels like a scam.
