Borough Kitchen Arvostelua

Excellent service and super helpful staff.

Lovely quality products and quick shipping.

I really enjoyed the pasta-making lesson with Al and Freddie. Al explained the pasta-making process in great detail and kept a close eye on our progress throughout the session, making sure we were on the right path. The pasta was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Freddie was also incredibly helpful with all the admin and arrangements around the kitchen, and we really appreciate all his help and support. Thank you both for such a great experience!

Same as the person below, we also strangely too had a massive issue with defective chopping boards. 3 chopping boards bought at a cost of £150, defective immediately from the first usage.

First response back from BK was sassy, dismissive and rude. BK was then provided with a comprehensive explanation of the defects (many of which are noted online about this particular brand and boards). It’s now been a number of weeks and they’re ghosting me, meanwhile I have 3 expensive unusable boards. They are breaking UK consumer law by not providing a paid for returns method and refunding the defective goods. But of course they know this.

Are you still in business BK? Or shall I do a chargeback on my card?

Brilliant customer service, We were offered excellent and knowledgeable advice about an expensive purchase. We are very happy with it!

Staff very helpful on the day of purchase

They had the exact pepper grinder that I wanted and the price was much better than John Lewis. As for the service - absolutely wonderful and such a welcome change.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening with Al and Amanda. Relaxed, well explained and informative. Well prepared, good ingredients and high quality hob and utensils. The mushroom veloute was something else. And we got to take home the fruits of our labour too! Many thanks.

Top of the line customer service and quality products.

Good product at a reasonable price- quick dispatch. So all good.

Definitely worth supporting for quality products at competitive prices.

Staff knowledge of product was very good and no pushing for a sale (which can make you feel uncomfortable). The quality and variety of the products on sale were excellent

I have used this company before. My goods arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Staff in customer service are polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Very knowledge, friendly and helpful staff with a great selection of quality products.

Easy purchase, good price and very fast delivery. Thanks!

Superb company. Next day delivery, well packaged, and a lovely quality veggie knife.

This was a very enjoyable evening Al and Mo were perfect hosts. Al passed on a lot of his knowledge regarding different cuts and how to cook them to get best results . The practical side of cooking both the steaks and the sauces was great fun and the perfect finish was sampling all the different steaks with a glass of wine.

This was our second visit to the Borough Kitchen in Hampstead. The chef, Al, was absolutely superb guiding us through the knife skills masterclass. It gave both of us so much confidence, we would thoroughly recommend!

The delivery was astonishingly quick! Order Sunday afternoon, and it arrived Monday morning. This is a birthday gift for later this month so not yet with intended recipient.
