The kettle I ordered is great
The kettle I ordered is great - love the design and really well made. I hadn't heard of the brand before and I'm really pleased with it - fingers crossed it endures the hard water. Borough have a great website, easy to order and arrived within a couple of days.

Hi Mr Ovidiu,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue with the Marcato Blue Iron tray and that the pizza dough has been sticking.
We were not aware of the issue before seeing your review, so unfortunately we have not yet had the opportunity to investigate what has happened with you directly.
We have contacted you directly as we would very much like to understand more about how the tray was prepared and used and, importantly, see what we can do to put this right.
We take feedback like this seriously and would welcome the opportunity to investigate this properly with you.
Best,
Adrian at Borough Kitchen
A good result
Started of badly but the issue not with Borough Kitchen but their delivery partner. Things can always go wrong but I really appreciate the pro-active way in which Adrian has helped to resolve the situation. Hopefully my son will be able to pick up the order today or tomorrow. Appreciate the follow up and customer service.

Customer service experience I suspect would be hard to beat. Faulty product query made on a Sunday afternoon via email, instant human response, requested clarification (via email photo attachment), confirmed replacement will be sent and was received promptly. No surprise as always excellent curation of shop, shopping experience eg advice and genuine customer support.

Bread Making Fun!
I absolutely loved the bread-making class!
I was super excited to learn about the principles of bread making and came away from this class having learned how to make flatbread, seeded bread and soda bread — and even my own butter!
Aneta was such an amazing teacher and with the support of Matthew, they made sure our class went smoothly.
The class was the perfect mix of learning and fun. Everything was explained clearly, and it was so enjoyable being hands-on and getting to make everything myself.
It was such a fun and memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves baking or simply wants to try something new!
