Attended the Seafood 101 class last night. It was fabulous, the chef was very thorough in explaining what we would be doing and more importantly why we would be doing it. The dishes he chose were brilliant. I was always unsure of how to deal with whole squid, well not any more. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable evening.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality
I’m really pleased with this cast iron skillet. I’ve already cooked meat in it and it turned out beautifully, with a lovely sear and cooked just the way I wanted. The skillet feels very solid and well made. I’m so happy with the quality that I’m now planning to buy a smaller Lodge skillet as well. Highly recommended!

Knife sharpening service
I recently used their in house knife sharpening service as I've never been able to sharpen my very well loved Global knives either with the sharpening stick nor sharpening stone. I had thought about purchasing a replacement when I learned my local Borough Kitchen has started offering knife sharpening in house. I am so glad as my knives returned as good as new and was completed within the same day. I would highly recommend.
