Fantastic teacher
Al taught us how to make Bao and Chinese dumplings. He taught us very well and to top it off made us laugh as well. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. I am looking at which class to book next with him as I had such a good time. 100 percent recommend. Also big props to Mo who was very helpful to Al and all of us.

V enjoyable session - middle east feast
Very enjoyable session on food from the middle East at the Hampstead branch. Good explanations throughout by John and eating your own creation at the end of the session with a glass of wine was very enjoyable. Also quite amusing having an occasional audience of passers by peering in the shop window waving at us.
