EDITED REVIEW FOLLOWING SOLUTION - I recently made a purchase from Borough Kitchen but unfortunately had an issue with the checkout process as the webpage automatically checked me out via a Shopify quick link before I had the chance to input a gift card number.

I then contacted the team to see if I could cancel the order as I had just placed it and someone replied saying I couldn't as it hadn't been fulfilled. It could only be cancelled after fulfillment and before it was ready to dispatch, this seemed really odd. I was advised to contact at 10am the next day when the team were online so I did so but received the same response and then the package was dispatched shortly after.

Turns out each response was from an AI assistant that hadn't correctly passed the enquiry on to an actual human as it could have been cancelled easily before dispatch. The team have since explained all of this and refunded the order for me whilst allowing me to keep the items which is a lovely gesture. I was really happy with the product as well. Will order again

Ordered an Allclad pan 02 October and today is 14 October. I haven’t received the order yet and there is no tracking! Updates would be nice.

Your customer service is excellent, but I placed my order on October 3rd and haven’t received any way to track it.

Your website states that delivery takes 2–6 business days, but more than 10 days have passed, and I still haven’t even received a tracking number. All I’ve been told is that the order has been shipped from your end.

At this point, I can only assume it will take quite a while longer for the package to arrive. I was really hoping to receive it before my birthday, which was yesterday, and I’m very disappointed that it didn’t arrive in time.

I absolutely love my All-Clad Copper Core Non-Stick Frying Pan! It’s fantastic for making scrambled eggs and omelettes. The non-stick surface works beautifully, allowing the eggs to slide effortlessly around the pan without sticking. Cooking is so easy, and cleaning up afterwards is just as simple.

The quality feels excellent, the design is beautiful, and the heat distribution makes cooking a real pleasure. I’m so happy with my purchase and wish I had bought it sooner!
