那个男性店员服务特别好，一直很有耐心的帮助我比对各种型号，即使在问语言不好的情况下也很有耐心很和善！！！！！非常感谢他

I had an excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Very easy to use website and very prompt delivery. Good customer service.

I placed a special order through Borough Kitchen, which the staff arranged directly with their supplier in Portugal. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the items arrived much sooner than expected. This is just one of many purchases I've made at Borough Kitchen - the quality of both the products and the service keeps me coming back.

Don't know how good the product is as i haven't yet received it. Have had no communication from the company.

Staff were super-responsive and helpful. They recognised me and addressed me by name, which was unexpected and friendly! Fast efficient service.

A great store with high quality kitchen items and unique gifts and the staff were so helpful - one of the girls helped me choose a wedding gift and carried my heavy item out to the car for me. Love the service and the store!

Smooth proficient
Good website
Easy tounderstand

Really speedy delivery

Quick efficient delivery, packaging good and love the products

The ordering process was easy and the item appears well made. It was purchased as a gift so not yet used.
I can't give 5 stars because the outer box was severely damaged in transit by DPD - the second package badly damaged by the same carriers this week. They would not be my carrier of choice.

I was really happy with my cast iron skillet. It arrived the next day! Super efficient service. I love the product and have been using it every since.

excellent, borough kitchen always have stock that is beautiful, robust & long lasting. I've just bought a copper pie dish lined with tin and it is gorgeous, it'll last out my lifetime & then some. You just get it retinned every five or ten years or so as needed. Some people do it themselves. I've been cooking with vintage copper for years, it's so beautiful & responsive to heat, not to mention devoid of any gruesome chemicals.

Chef Grace hosted an amazing knife skills class. All of the classes I have attended are perfectly organised and supplied, with the staff ensuring a lovely atmosphere and being quick to make any accommodations and adjustments. I have enjoyed the pasta and Mexican class as well, and looking to book many more. Thank you to Al, Grace and John for the amazing experiences.

Chef Grace was fantastic, she explained every step of process whilst adding in her own stories from experience. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to lean (or brush up on their) knife skills.

I bought a De Buyer pan, seamless buying experience, added to the basket, paid and the second business day I had it delivered very nice packed in a big box, original brand not fake. Definitely will buy again from them!
