Visited your shop first, to look at pans - what amazing customer service! We couldn’t have been more welcomed, or made to feel more valued, and advice given was thorough and considered. Then I ordered online - an easy web experience, and the pan arrived almost before I could blink! Thank you.

I would really question those reviews and whether they are AI written in the first place. First you have to pay for returns between 5 and 10 pounds, even if the product doesn’t work for you. Two, they actually make it hard to return, you click on a link, then you get an email saying they can’t generate a link (because yes you have to pay first) and then you get some AI answer. Just not the way modern e-commerce website works.

I’ve been ordering from Borough Kitchen for several years and they never EVER failed with the quality of their products, the good taste in everything they have and most importantly the impeccable, incomparable customer services team that excels at the job and the quality of the items, their colours and their attention to details even when you are not as careful about something you order. They exceeded any expectations i had from any company i worked with online. The fact that they know about their products and informative about why they sell them made me approach them in the first place. And if they don’t have the product that moment they make sure they provide it in the near future and make sure it’s safely arrives in time.
I hope they’ll continue with the same discipline and be an excellent example to others.

My overall experience with BK purchase was initially marred by a warehouse mix up resulting in one of the items I ordered being the wrong colour. To my frustration that happened twice but the error was swiftly rectified by Adrian from Customer Service Dept who personally sourced the correct item from one of the BK stores and has arranged for it to be shipped to me. In addition, as a much appreciated gesture of good will, I was told I could keep the incorrectly sent item which I’ll pass on to someone. I found Adrian’s help and customer care outstanding, a rare trait in today’s retail world. I will return to BK in due course to purchase more products.

Aneta, who ran the class, was super clear with instructions and explanations on how to make fresh pasta and pesto from scratch. All ingredients and top quality equipment provided to learn in a very relaxing environment. Amanda and Mo were there to make sure everyone had what they needed. You then get to eat what you made, along with a glass of wine, or alternative drink, at the end making it a really enjoyable evening 😘
