My insurance already run out after 2 years with them didnt give me my actual NCD WHICH is 5 years they give 2 years instead of 5 now they ask me proof of your NCD which is they should ask me 2 years ago when I buy insurance with them I dont understand what they want to do

if I could leave 0 stars I would. I sold my car and cancelled the policy with less than a month left and this incurred a £75 charge I told them I was not happy and I wanted to let the policy expire
these cowboys and absolute thiefs have got no compassion and their live chat is arrogant
if just one person sees this and goes with a different company instead of getting robbed like I have I will be happy
