My granddaughter had been scammed into…
My granddaughter had been scammed into giving someone her phone number and they used it to run up £100++ of charges on EE -> Playstation -> Boku, when I discovered it (when my phone bill came in) I reported it to EE, they told me to call Playstation, Playstation told me to contact Boku. Boku were fantastic and resolved it in one on-line chat session. They have (all EE, PS & Boku) blocked the phone number to prevent it happening again

Top notch service
After an experience of £160 fraud involving Playstation on my phone bill, I was told to email Boku as one of the providers for PLaystation. Received a reply to my email in less than an hour saying the money would be refunded on my next bill. It showed on my O2 account half an hour after that. Absolutely excellent service and quick response when nobody else could help. Thank you so much.
