Would not recommend. After 7 weeks in which they never even shipped the watch and continued to lie each week. I finally requested a refund. But they did not send the refund until I request PayPal to help. Don’t do it. There are many other good inexpensive automatic watch elsewhere.

BODERRY = SCAM !
Worst customer support I have ever experienced.
I changed my mind about my order BEFORE it was shiped. I mailed and they responded with questions about why i want to refund instead of just canceling the order...
Followed by weeks of back and forth mails were they just repeat questions about why i want a refund instead of just sending me a shippingparcel...
I guess they will soon say that 30days have past and im no longer eligeble for a refund even tho i requested a refund long ago...

TOTAL SCAM!

Boderry themselves say that shipping will be 8-12 business days. Well it's now 2 weeks later and the "estimated" delivery time the delivery company has given me is a month from now. Know this when buying the watch, you might be waiting 5 or more weeks.

As an automatic watch under $100, it's worth buying, with free shipping and good customer service.

Had an issue with my Boderry Checkmate - Watch replaced and return postage refunded from UK to China no problems. Courteous and excellent customer service and my new Checkmate works flawlessly.

Issue with a watch from Boderry. No response from on site chat, or on site messaging. Supplied contact email is invalid.

Boderry sent me two faulty watches, they said they would process the return after lots of back and forth emails.

(one with damage on dial inside case, both had faulty movements).

Unfortunately, they refuse to accept the item from China customs once it gets back to China (they won't pay the fee I am guessing).

This means the items get sent back to the buyer, they buyer is stuck with faulty goods and paypal won't help because technically you still have the items and won't process refund until fully returned.

It is a clever scam from a Chinese company who knows the tricks.

I have been trying to contact Bodeery there e mail address comes back as not recognisable they sent me a quarts watch when it should have been an altamatic by the reviews I don’t think it’s good idea for any one to use this company

Watch was delivered and didnt work properly. Customer service responded quickly and asked for watch to be returned at my expense which would be reimbursed. Did as requested, watch is sitting in customs in Guangzhou and Boderry are now ignoring all emails and attempts to contact them by chat. Its a shame as the watch and packaging looked great but they are clearly not interested in customer service. I wil now need to pursue this through my credit card company. I would say avoid this company at all costs unless you are prepared to take the risk of losing your money. The customer service email address just bounces back as address failed.

Great watches for very affordable prices. Shipping was free and fast, product very well packed.

I paid for the expedited shipping after emailing support to confirm they used Fedex. They gave me a shipping number for a company that was not Fedex, and the watch is now effectively lost. They have stopped replying to my emails. My only option is to a pursue this with my credit card.

Simply "5 Stars +" for all aspects of my customer experience. I am a delighted customer and am happy to recommend Boderry to my friends and family.

1. Purchasing - your website is clear and unfussy. Very 'grown-up' without hype or glitzs. The marketing is excellent; thorough without being 'flashy'; a balance of detailed techie stuff, which is accurate and informative, and customer reviews. Really helpful and reassuring.
2. Fulfillment - superb. Purchased my watch from France on 4th December and I am wearing it today - 22nd December. That is impressive.
3. The product - a beautiful timepiece, that feels great on my wrist. It is classically beautiful, elegant and understated - really great.
4. The packaging - as with the watch, it looks and feels of the highest quality. The black and and gold is effortlessly elegant.
5. The price - UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have several Swiss watches costing 4 times the price of my Boderry and their quality is indistinguishable. My watch has far exceeded my expectations for a $150 purchase.
This is my first purchase and if the watch performs as beautifully as it looks, and if you service any problems as well as you have sold me, then this will most certainly not be my last purchase.
