Excellent service from Wolbrook customer relations service. Bought a watch, but then was informed it was no longer available. Reached out customer services to ask about initiating a replacement. Received first-class assistance from Gabriel and everything was sorted out without fuss. Really great. Received my purchase quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend doing business with Wolbrook.

Absolutely horrible experience. My watch arrived with a crystal that was not aligned properly over the date. It was noted immediately upon opening and was sent back to them to be repaired after I sent them multiple photos. Then they tried to claim that I had somehow damaged the watch, which had been out of the original package for five minutes and then put right, and said they would send it back after I paid for the repair. They noted “light scratches” on the watch yet somehow light scratches caused the crystal to shift in the case? I have the photos, there were no scratches. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Even though I had already paid the US duty on the watch, which is not refundable, I told them to keep it and issue a refund. Absolute junk product if it did allow the crystal to shift in transit and even worse garbage customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ho acquistato lo skindiver 38 con bracciale e cinturino tropic in omaggio (molto apprezzato). Sono molto soddisfatto dell'orologio e lo indosso molto volentieri, si adatta bene un po in tutti i contesti. Il bracciale è ben fatto anche se di non facile regolazione e il tropic in gomma è comodissimo per un uso da tutti i giorni. L'azienda è seria, con un servizio clienti molto rapido e cortese nelle risposte. Spero di poter acquistare ancora in futuro da loro

La montre est très agréable à porter, résistante. Bracelet acier facile à ajuster. Une fois qu'on a compris le système des fuseaux horaires, lecture facile de jour, un peu moins de nuit.
Etanche et peut se porter dans les activités sportives sans problème. Élégante au poignet au quotidien.

I ordered a skin diver more than one week ago. One day after I placed my order the purchase price was debited from my credit card. As I didn´t receice any order conformation, I asked for it two times, one via inquiry form on the website, one via E-Mail. I decided now for a charge back. I´m sorry but I can´t recommend Wolbrook.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und begeistert von Wolbrook. Das Team hat hier sehr gute Arbeit geleistet, und viel mitgedacht. Die Verpackung ist sehr charmant und auch der Versand erfolgte zügig. Die Uhr ist toll designt und sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Lünette sitzt präzise auf der Uhr und lässt sich sehr angenehm und sauber drehen. Das verbaute Myota 8315 Werk ist dreh und geräuschfreudig, woran man sich jedoch schnell gewöhnt. Bei meiner Uhr läuft das Werk mit einem Vorgang von + 7,5 Sekunden auf 24 Stunden und hat somit einen vernünftigen Gangwert. Das verbaute Tropical Armband mit leichtem Vanilleduft lässt sich angenehm tragen (Wolbrook hat hier sogar an Ersatzfederstege für das Band gedacht).

I have now purchased two dive watches from HGP. An excellent experience overall, despite the vagaries of DHL overseas delivery.

Build quality of the watches is excellent! They are a real value for the price.

Pre-ordered the newly released Pan4Timer in January. Received it about a week after the available date and it's a really nice watch. Got it with the metal and rubber strap and both look great for different requirements. It's a really interesting watch and seems very well priced. Service was responsive when I queried likely delivery date.

Ho ricevuto uno skindiver da 38mm da qualche giorno. Posso dire con assoluta sincerità che il prodotto è davvero di qualità. Assemblaggio perfetto, ricercatezza stilistica che appaga alla vista. Oltretutto il calibro regolato in house è davvero preciso. Circa - 6 sec al giorno, valore ottimo già così ma credo si assesterà ancora. WOLBROOK mi ha permesso di polsare un'orologio appagante con un'heritage storico,ad un prezzo accessibile. Credo che appena arriverà altro in collezione di mio interesse acquisterò di nuovo!

Lamentablemente después de concretar la compra recibí la noticia que no había más stock del modelo, una lástima. Al otro día entré en la página y todavía no decía que el modelo estuviese fuera de stock, no se que ha sucedido pero sería bueno que lo vieran. Théodore estuvo muy atento en el trato.

J'ai acheté une montre chez eux il y a 3 ans, je l'ai très peu porté et une fois que ça été le cas, une pièce à dû être changée car un élément de la couronne s'est détaché. La communication a été claire et précise. J'ai pu faire réparer ma montre et elle refonctionne à merveille !

Conosciuto Simone in fiera W.O.I. a Milano lui veramente un bel personaggio cordiale e preparato avevo gia adocchiato lo skindiver decompression MN90 su internet visto dal vivo acquistato subito arrivato in pochissimo tempo orologio molto affascinate con i suoi colori sgargianti buon peso della cassa ma ben bilanciata la braccialatura in chicchi di riso (acciaio) secondo me lo rende molto piu importante e indossabile in ogni occasione con bracciale in pet un uso estivo è molto indicato insomma entusiasta del mio nuovo wolbrook skindiver decompression MN90 consigliato a chi vuole uscire dalla massa ma con stile continuate cosi
