POOR WATCH AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE. Watch kept stopping after a few weeks but they wouldn't send a replacement as over a month - it was Christmas New year Chinese new year! Then they wanted me to post it to China and I refused, Then they agreed to send another but I had to post my faulty one to a residential flat in London(!) when I did so they then said they wouldn't send a new watch as they had promised. Liars selling crap watches PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a Boderry Voyageur watch in August 2023. It was late to arrive and within 4 months I had to send it back to China at my own expense for repair as it was losing time progressively. It was returned repaired 2 months later and now 8 months from that repair, it has started to lose time again. The watch looks good and robust but is unreliable and customer services are poor.

I have to agree with what everyone else is saying. I'm an avid watch collector and to get a watch with 100m water resistance, a titanium case and bracelet, a sapphire crystal, with an automatic movement at this price is completely insane. This is the best offering I have ever seen, based on the price and the quality of the build. I highly recommend it.

Après l'achat d'une montre sur le site boderry (site chinois) fin octobre 2024, la montre a été envoyée début novembre. La société de livraison utilisée est cirroparcel (attention à cette association déplorable ;borderry-cirroparcel !).
Le colis est présenté le dimanche 24 novembre 2O24 sans etre annoncé. Je n'étais pas chez moi. Depuis et malgré les demandes d'informations tant chez le livreur que chez le vendeur, je n'ai aucunes réponses précises. Le livreur "le colis sera à nouveau présenté" sans date précise (que je puisse m'organiser et sans possibilité d'un dépot en point relais).
Depuis la seule tentative de livraison le tracking est au point mort.
Quant au vendeur boderry, qui a choisi cette société de livraison, en gros ce n'est pas son problème et il ne lève pas le petit doigt. C'est moi qui doit prouver que le colis est perdu. Mais comment prouver cela ??? surtout lorsque la société de livraison ne l'admet pas et ne répond plus aux messages...
Nous sommes le 15 janvier 2O25 et c'est toujours le meme ping pong. J'ai ouvert un litige chez paypal. Il y a eu un délais de 4 ou 5 semaines sans réponse de Boderry. Quelques heures avant la cloture du litige 5 semaines après son ouverture, comme par magie boderry m'adresse un message (pour me demander de contacter cirroparcel afin d'obtenir un message de leur part reconnaissant la perte du colis) ce qui a suspendu le litige, me voilà reparti pour l'ouverture d'un nouveau litige et plusieurs semaines d'attente....
N'ayant pas reçu de montre je ne peux pas dire si elle sont biens ou pas. Par contre je déconseille de réaliser un achat direct sur leur site !!! S'il y a le moindre souci dans la livraison cela devient le parcours du combattant.Il y a une mauvaise volonté de la part de Boderry (et cirroparcel) pour trouver un compromis avec l'acheteur et/ou reconnaitre la situation. Buisness is buisness le client est là pour payer, il reçoit le produit acheté ou pas, ce n'est pas leur problème. Cette société n'a aucun respect pour ses clients !

SAV déplorable.
J'ai reçu une montre neuve défectueuse qui avançait de 7 secondes par minute.
Ils prétendent d'abord que c'est normal.
Ils me demandent une vidéo; que je fourni.
Ils me promettent de me rembourser les frais de retour. J'expédie la montre pour une trentaines d'euros.
Ils me renvoient une montre sans sa boite d'origine, ni sa carte de garantie.
Après de multiples relances; ils me promettent 5$ de dédommagement; ils ne font que mentir et ne me rembourse pas les frais d'expédition.

Purchased Voyager Titanium Auto watch last Nov 2023, having trouble with watch losing 3-4 minutes every week. I have to adjust manually. Wrote to Customer Care 3 times, left my email, no reply. Called their 317 number twice, left a message and phone number, still no call back. Where is their Customer Service?

Horrible customer service. Their website stated will ship in 48 hrs. 21 days , and 3 un-responded emails later, they send me a message that my order shipped. 7 days later it still shows the couriers has not receive the package. What a joke of a company. Ali Express is much better. They ship with a couple of day and your package arrived in about 10 days.

I should preface this complaint by pointing out that I have purchased five watches from this company, previous to the disaster surrounding my sixth purchase and I have been pleased with every aspect of these experiences.
I ordered a new model in July, 2024. They did not indicate on the site that the watch was not ready to ship. Two months later, the watch arrived in-country. However, the customs policy in my country of residence changed during the period I waited for the watch to ship. As a result, the watch did not clear customs. After many emails back and forth with customer support, I was instructed to return the watch and await a refund.
It seems that when watches are returned to Boderry for a refund, the company abandons the watch in customs at their end, The tracking information for the return showed that it was in the care of Singapore Post for more than a month, with no activity, or progress. When I emailed support@boderry, I was informed that Singapore Post was going to destroy the package and that I would not receive a refund because Boderry did not receive the watch. The procedure to destroy an unclaimed package in customs is common. This seems to be a calculated tactic on the part of Boderry since they already have the customer's money and could care less what happens to the merchandise — even when they have invited the return of the watch.
I have initiated a complaint with CARE, a firm dealing with trade rights in Singapore, given that Singapore Post was the carrier. I am also going to initiate communication through legal representation with Boderry, in Guangzhou, as well. It is unacceptable to simply take a customer's money when a refund is requested. I should also point out that a 30-day refund limit is laughable when the watches very often do not even ship within that time frame. And if they do ship, many countries have rather slow customs clearance and thus delay the final leg of delivery sufficient to render any refund within the 30 days of purchase unlikely.
One effort that must be achieved is to impress upon Chinese companies doing international export business is that a standard of consumer protection must be followed and enforced.

Après avoir été débité, pendant des semaines, aucun envoi, et la seule réponse à ma demande, semaine après semaine a été que ce serait envoyé dans la semaine, un site à éviter à moins de vouloir perdre de l’argent.

Very poor customer service and response time. After waiting a month for tracking information, I finally canceled the order. After three times contacting them and getting a canned "sorry for the delay" response, they finally admitted the watch my son wanted was out of stock and they couldn't give me a ship date. They did process the refund immediately, still waiting for it to show up in my PayPal account. (The only reason I gave the second star). Kind of happy it happened this way, because after reading comments on their FB page, the quality of the items isn't the greatest.

I ordered a watch on Boderry.com on October 2, 2024. The watch was, on paper, indeed too good to even exist. Full titanium build, Seiko automatic GMT caliber inside, sapphire with anti-reflective coating, ceramic bezel, 200m water resistant...

I was so enthusiastic that I paid an eye-watering 29.99€ for express shipping and even left a tip.
Still less than 150€ total, mind you, but with some mandatory taxes upon delivery. I only read all the horror stories here AFTER placing my order.

The watch was supposedly shipped on October 12, with an email saying so. But this was just the shipping label being created. I was pissed and I harassed Boderry’s customer service daily. The only answer I got was “we will ship it asap” which would only piss me off even more. The watch wouldn’t be truly shipped until October 20. I bought this watch for a special occasion, and by the time it was delivered this special moment was long gone. At this point you might wonder how I can still leave 5 stars with such a chaotic delivery process.

Well it’s all down to what showed up on my doorstep on October 26, 2024. First, no tax. This was probably just dumb luck but it’s still worth mentioning. Second, the packaging. The watch was delivered in a solid mini container. It’s a testament to the brand fully embracing its oversea provenance, rather than hiding it. Proudly made in China. I love that. It also comes with a spring bar tool to adjust the bracelet yourself. Then comes the watch. I really wish I could post pictures here, but I’m gonna try in writing anyway.

I was first attracted to the Boderry Admiral GMT after a hands-on with the Seiko 5 GMT. I was truly disappointed by the Seiko’s mediocre bracelet, mineral crystal (as opposed to sapphire) and mineral crystal bezel (as opposed to ceramic) and the low water resistance w/o a screw down crown. All that for 450€! So, when I heard about the Admiral GMT, correcting all the Seiko’s flaws for ¼ of the price?

At some point during the chaotic shipping experience, I came here, and I read all the awful reviews. I really thought the watch didn’t even exist, that it was all a scam, that I would never own it. But boy did they deliver. The quality is incredible. There is no quality control flaw like many reviews pointed out. I tested the watch for accuracy and water resistance, it delivered on both. People don’t believe me when I told them how much I paid for it. But I don’t even believe it myself. The perceived value is the polar opposite of the actual value. Unlike Seiko, yeah that’s for sure.

So be patient. Keep in mind that, most likely, when you’re passing your order, the watch doesn’t even exist yet. In my case I believe Boderry waited to have enough orders to start production. Which explains the massive delays, but also the mind-blowing quality when I unboxed my BD-A12T-06.

I own several other watches many times more expensive than this, and I still think the Boderry looks and feels of higher standard. Don't hesitate and order yours. Just don't be in a hurry.

Buongiorno scrivo questa recensione a malincuore perché mi sarebbe veramente piaciuto indossare un orologio seaturtle blue ma andiamo al sodo , in data 1/9/24 acquisto un orologio seaturtle ora siamo a 14/10/24 ed a oggi non ho ricevuto niente , il corriere dice che ha smarrito il pacco e boderry risponde da circa un mese con parole di circostanza senza precisare se mi darà un nuovo orologio oppure un rimborso ora pongo una domanda alla comunità tutta secondo voi é una azienda seria ? Ho proprio l'impressione che mi abbiano rubato i soldi anche perché sono cinesi e probabilmente le leggi nostre li non valgono ora a me non interessa dei soldi ma é per un fatto di principio mi chiedo come blogger youtuber etc... possano pubblicizzare una azienda cosi scarsa dal punto di vista di assistenza cliente e rimborsi e semplicimente scandaloso .Dopo piu di un mese alla fine sono stato rimborsato ma ho inviato almeno 30 mail a boderry e altrettante al corriere che ha perso il pacco grazie a Dio che é stato perso senno con il cavolo che ti rimborsano cercano sempre una scusa per non fare valere il tuo diritto al rimborso STATE ATTENTI

Ich hatte mir eine Uhr bestellt. Leider Entsprach sie nicht den Angaben auf der Herstellerseite, sondern war 2 mm kleiner im Diameter. Daher wollte ich die Uhr zurückgeben. Kontakt mit dem Händler war möglich, mir wurde dann aber ohne Umschweife mitgeteilt, ich müsse die Kosten tragen und es wäre ihnen egal ob der Fehler bei ihnen liegen würde. Seit dem ist ein Gerichtsverfahren offen.

Please stay away, very bad quality product. Very bad customer service. It's a trap, once you bought, they will ignore if you find any issue. Avoid at all cost. I feel like I lost my money and time for last two months. They do not honor their warranty or return policy. Please please please stay away from them. They should be banned from the western market. I will report them to UK trading standards.

Giudizio + che negativo, non solo ho dovuto aspettare 1 mese e mezzo per riceverlo ma il problema è un altro, sull'orologio non funziona il movimento e ho contattato l'assistenza, nonostante il ritardo, ancora devo ricevere una soluzione più che adeguata ai due problemi. Al momento il mio consiglio è quello di non acquistare orologi da questa azienda.

Only worn my skeleton automatic watch twice and the rubber strap has split . I am very careful with all my watches and didn't expect this ..I contacted customer service team replied very quickly but told the strap isn't covered in warranty. I explained I had only worn it twice and dissapointed. I have bought three watches from them I explained too to no avail. I have had to purchase a new leather strap from them for £22

Do not ever buy a watch from this company. They send you a watch with low to none quality control. I have received a watch not working and they say I have to pay it to send it back to china so that they can replace it. The cost to return is higher than the watch. This company is a fraud, they are not a proper watch comany. They say they will offer to reiburse it but you should not believe them.

Watch was extremely heavy for a titanium watch. I have several titanium watches the heaviest is a Citizen and only weighs 100grms. The Boderry was almost 150grms. This watch stopped working several times. No instruction leaflet was enclosed. Received acknowledgement from company that returned item was delivered at 10am on 12 August checked my bank 20 August account still not credited with refund. I can credit an account on the same day. Why the delay?
