Ordered a "Seastar Solutions HPS Rack & Pinion Steering Kit" and received an HPS steering cable. No PInion, No kit. No hardware. 8 emails later still trying to arrange for the no hassle return of the misrepresented part.

I put 5k as a deposit to buy a boat, and he ask 2 weeks to get the boat ready, already past 3 month waiting for the boat, and he told me yesterday that he had sold the boat to someone else, and he wants to keep my deposit too. He look really nice first time you go but after he take your deposit he is a motherfu.... Don't buy anything from this guy and his wife. Keep your money safe and don't do business with this motherfu....

I ordered 6 yacht fenders, instead I received 4 fenders and a car muffler!?!?!? After chatting online with BoatID and speaking with several representatives, their response is to send back the car muffler, and after they receive the car muffler, they will inspect the merchandise, then if it is received in "good" condition, they will ship the other 2 fenders I originally ordered. Their reasoning “The manufacturer needs to inspect the returned item before sending the replacement". What the hell, replacement? How about the correct item not to mention the manufacturer of the car muffler is not the same manufacturer of the yacht fenders. It is not worth the headache of dealing with these morons. Do not make the mistake I made, BUY somewhere else!

done dealing with them, ordered parts they told me would go out that day, next day air, then got a confirmation the next day saying one part would ship out in 3 days. When i pointed out that inventory hadn't changed any even though my order had been processed they told me they had brought more in. This was a lie because Hubbell is out of the part. complete garbage company

I needed a Skeg protector for my Merc I/O Looked on line and BoatiD was the least expensive. Ordered it paid for it and had it in less than a week by regular shipping! Great experience would defiantly buy from BoatiD again.

This place is a total scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They say the item is being shipped but then never shows.

total scam, they will charge you then email you that the item is on back order or something, even their website showing in stock, very poor customer service from India, they want your money and treat you like shi_ with no excuse, even is their fault,

This company is a total scam. They said they would credit back my purchase and it never happened. Their call center is in India and they never responded to my cancellation. Stay away from these charletains!

They took the order and charged my card, but never shipped the items. Had to dispute with credit card company to get reimbursed.

Asked for a quote for a larger quantity of an item.
There price was very competitive but I wanted to see if they would improve for higher quantity

Parts I needed bad where held and never delivered because they said my address wasnt the same as my card when it was, and then they realized that, still made me verify and wanted me to go into my bank to give them 2 extra dollars for their mess up, and authorize stuff that was already authorized now I'm out parts I need for another couple weeks, what a joke, don't order anything from them unless you wanna have to go thru hoops on the phone and still not get your stuff and wait another week, worse website I've ever ordered from hands down

I order a new hatch for my boat. I installed a small plastic trim ring inside the boat. I found out the hatch was broken when I went to install that. They would not replace the hatch due to me installing a $8 peice of plastic. They didn't even know that plastic peice was in the box. I was just being honest. I never would have thought when you spend that kind of money on something the company would not exchange it. Do NOT use this company. Read the REVIEWS!!!!

Ordered a trolling motor which was in stock they said ,shipping the next day then the next then .they emailed and said they cancelled the order because they priced it wrong now If thats the case funny it was to ship the second time Never again will I order from this company. They are not honest

After Having some trouble with Customer Support in not wanting to take back their defective product, I did within 24 hours receive an RMA for return of the product and they promptly sent out a new one.
They made things right !

Previously:
Purchased a digital circuit breaker from them and it was defective and short circuited after 5 min. called to request an exchange or just refund, and they wanted me to reinstall the breaker and shoot a video and send it to them with breaker installed and proper wiring connections and upload the video to them and shoot another video of one installed and properly working and shoot a video of that one working and upload both videos. I told them it would cost me more time and effort to reinstall a defective breaker and shoot a video and shoot anothere video of one that works than what the breaker is even worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

BEWARE, don't purchased items from this outlet, I ordered a flow-rite valve, call verified that the valve had orings, they assured me it did, when I received the item it was wrong (no oring) so I wasted my time with my due diligence and now they expect me to pay for return. And now they will take like 7 days to send me a return label and the I must ship the item, then when they receive it, then they will ship the correct item. Will never ever purchase anything from them. And by the way all this operation in done by using outside, other country employees.

I ordered new parts and was impressed how fast I received them. As it turned out I made an error in half of the order and when I contacted the customer service Department not only returned the parts with ease, they walked me through the inventory to make certain I received the right parts. Their prices were lower than competitors and with their service they earned a new customer.
