I'm OUT $3000 with no guarantee of an expedient refund and wish I had come here to read reviews, prior to making a purchase. I though that I had done due diligence, prior to placing and order. Bottom line: They LIED to me about stock levels and LIED to me about being a US-based Company. This is a Phillipines-based drop-ship company, staffed by customer service agents working from their homes. The last person I spoke with from Boatid, had ROOSTERS crowing so loud in the background, that it was distracting from the conversation. Battling to get my money back now. If I could give less than one star, I would. TERRIBLE...STAY AWAY!

Scam company!! No telling how many times they have gotten away with it. Ordered a ladder bracket, they said it would ship in 2 or 3 business days. After several phone calls and over a month no bracket and no money returned. Horrible and dishonest company!!

I ordered a Minn Kota motor from these people. I called, they said they had one in stock, so I ordered it. Then I get an email with a 3/3 shipdate (a week out), then I follow up on 3/4, they are waiting on manufacturer to confirm shipping. The manufacturer has been out of stock a while, I knew that, that's why I confirmed it was in stock. They LIED, took the money (which I'll cancel), just to get an order and they knew exactly what they were doing. DO NOT buy from these people.

Charged my card and then told me the item was back ordered--10 days to get a refund.

I ordered a pair of Nav lights from these guys. The port light was delivered in about 5 days but no sign of the starboard light. About 2 weeks later, I get an email saying the starboard light shipping has been delayed and I should see it in about a week. 2 weeks later the starboard light showed up. Due to technical reasons, these lights were not going to work on the bow of this boat so I see if I can return them. Long story short, they maintain the lights arrived a day apart and the order was over 30 days, despite having their email saying the order had been delayed by weeks. Would rather go to West Marine and pay double than give BOATiD any farther business.

Every time I have done business with BoatiD everything has gone great. The products are as described and their customer service is fantastic. I will continue to shop with BoatiD.

Purchased prop, wrong one, I called to set-up an exchange. Customer serv. lorin castro tells me its two days past the 30 day return cut-off but, said she would be nice and help me out this time, just purchase the right one now and she'd send a link to return the wrong one. I spent another 300$ on the new one and never got the link to return the other, she even gave me her personal ext # in case I needed more help. So far eight messages and no response, and then I get e-mail from someone else telling me sorry but your past the return window we cant help you! Liars, scammers, thieves! If only I would have read these reviews first!! Dont let them rob you too!!!

Fast shipping, had the exact replacement for the bow lights on my pontoon!

Absolutely awful. BoatiD is not an honest company. I would stay away from doing business with them. The service is lousy. When they don't ship and you try and cancel you find suddenly the order has shipped. But it hasn't. In other words, BoatiD lies.

Ordered a bilge pump for my boat. After waiting 5 days past the scheduled arrival date I contacted them. They said it was lost.They asked if I wanted refund or reship. I said refund. Ordered from West marine, great company, and had the pump in 5days and installed. Boat I’d said the package was found and was being shipped to me. Told them I requested a refund. They emailed a return label and THEN charged shipping.
This company shouldn’t be allowed to do business. I might have been charged shipping,but they bought much more in negative advertising. Enjoy my shipping money , this cost you a lot more.

Ordered a head gasket set for my boat. received it a week later with a crease through the head gasket. not useable, Called the service # and was told to save the packaging and gaskets and wait for an email. nothing. contacted 2 more times and always the same answer wait 2 more days for email. no hope for refund. never again. total scam. please avoid

I order awashdown pump received the pump in a timely fashion all is good price was good also

ordered a prop for my and it didn't fit , would not let me return it and customer service sucked

I ordered my Boat part online on Sunday July 18th. They said it would ship the following day on Monday. After I read all the bad reviews I got worried. On Monday I got an email saying my part had shipped. I got my UPS tracking number and tracked my item. Today is Wednesday July 21st and my part came. It was the correct part and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm not sure what happened with all the bad reviews but they had me worried but I am very pleased with the prompt service and correct part.

Thank you for screwing up my weekend plans with my family. I personally ordered this prop from you guys and placed the order on 2nd day air so I would get it on Thursday or before. I called in to place the order and the sales person said it was in stock and that it would be here if I paid the 2nd day.

Well you guy failed and for some crazy reason you shipped it ground. I called in this morning to your support line and they said that they would try to locate that package and try to expedite and that I would get and email update in 1-3 hours. Nothing came.

I called back into your support line and talked with Ace, he said that I can return the shipment and pay for another 1st day and return the other propeller but the propeller would not be able to ship in 1-2 days.

I can’t believe you company does not have a person higher up that can think out of the box when you totally screw someone over. I am a business owner and that would not fly. I would find a propeller somewhere and get it shipped to me over night, it’s just good business.

My business provides IT services, I also help companies with reputation management meaning I know how to write reviews very well and know where to place them.

Thank you for pissing me off, turnabout is fair play.

Placed an order over a month ago. They are unable to get the order from the supplier but created a phony ups tracking number that has never been picked up by ups because the product is not available. Every time i call for a refund I am told that their internal team will look into it and get back to me. This never happens. Im going to have to end up disputing the charges on my card. Place is a Joke...

Don't Buy from!! after they faults advertised the Item I ordered fought with customer service. over a month couldn't talk to anyone keeped getting you called after hour call back and that was at 08:00 am. I ordered 2packs of 24pcs. and got 2 pcs. had to get hold of credit card to get money back. took OVER a month to get it back. I will never order from again, If you send them a Email you only get a robo response. IF YOU ORDER FROM GOOD LUCK VERY UNRELIABLE
