Good experience
I ordered a whole set and it arrived quickly. The set is beautiful and the quality looks pretty good. The fit of the bra is slightly off (bit loose on the breasts), even though I measured and followed the size chart. This is my second time ordering from this company and I would order again.

Awful return experience ongoing
I’m STILL experiencing ongoing issues with you! You’ve failed to refund orders I’ve returned to you providing proof of postage which notes the weight! Even though you decided to refund one of the four returns therefore I know you’ve received the items. You are no longer replying to my emails. Your phone line and chat has no one responding. I’ve resorted to making a chargeback claim via my bank. I will never be purchasing from you again. I have now sent you the information you requested and hope to not be ignored further. I have all the evidence needed.

Sehr schöne (hochpreisige) Ware, 2 Wochen Versanddauer - das war alles OK, dass man dann aber noch knapp 26 € Zollgebühren bezahlen muss, ist bei einem Einkaufswert von knapp über 100 € schon heftig. Darauf hingewiesen wurde auch nicht (zumindest habe ich das nicht wahrgenommen). Nicht gut!
