Address change
I am pleased with how fast it was delivered. However, I emailed Bluebella as soon as I pressed order because I noticed I put my old address on it. I didn’t get a response back till later the next day that they already sent it out and there’s nothing they can do. I wish their customer service was better and more responsive. Or have a feature where you can change the address.

The material and fit were not great
The material and fit were not great. I was expecting more but my nail went through the fabric the first time i tried it on. I was expecting a good quality and good fit for the price, and i ordered the exact size that typically fits. The bra had a lot of excess fabric. It didnt feel any better quality than the sets i would expect to be $30.

The design is wonderful
The design is wonderful, the quality is great. I highly recommend their products. I give them 5 stars for that. Here is a tip from a guy and his wife for the US market. My wife is a 140 pounds and 5’8”. The M/L was way too small. Make more sizes and label them European or US. We had to send everything back.
Their return policy is great and easy.

Awful company, worse service, still no refund and radio-silent
Edit: I have sent you numerous amount of emails, tracking details - you should have enough to go on. There is no excuse. Both Daisy and Barbara have been in touch. Tracking says delivered on May 8th.

I am still waiting on customer service, live chat, updates. I still get nowhere.
I did not think this would come to this but here we are. My first purchase with them, items did not fit and suit me, sent back. This is now officially a month from the day of the return. Support on 14.05 said it is in their warehouse, yet no further updates or any progress in the link given. Customer service has gone since radio silent. So no money, no updates, nothing. Is this a scam company? Honestly if you ever want to buy something from them I would suggest you not. Avoid this company at all cost. I wonder where else I can take this as over 300€ is not a small amount to be withheld.
