Wrong size received twice !
I ordered a Bra in 34C. The item arrived and was a 34E. I completed an exchange and waited a week until the item arrived. Yet again the item was the wrong size even though the order did state the correct size. I was then unable to exchange it for a 34C as it said I had that size already. Emailed customer service and no reply. I now have a £60 Bra i can't return, exchange or wear!

I have been trying to return an order and reorder and it has been impossible. I even called London and left a voicemail. I need return label for a $175 e-gift card I received from William Harrison in December. Please assist! This is poor customer service!!!!

Great fit
The fit was perfect (40B), it is increasingly hard to find pretty/sexy bras in my size. I am a cd and typically I have to buy bras smaller and wear with extenders. I wish all of your styles were available in a 40B.

Pretty good fit
Pretty good fit, very comfy. I could have went with a smaller size but that was on me. The only thing is that I wish some of the straps on the bottom were removable so I can get in and out of it easier
