I was at Spain Visa Application Center at Interchange Bldg (room 2301) in Bangkok, Thailand. The room was crowded and hot (not sure if the AC not working or what) that I could barely breath.

Staff should be more polite
Some of the representatives who take the documents at the desks are very moody, if I paid for premium visa application I should have a premium service, I'm paying a lot of money, I'm not asking for a favour.
Advise your staff to be more respectful with all applicants.

I was attended by a lady named Yogini who was quite rude and disrespectful, did not answer my questions, was rolling her eyes when I asked for details of charges. It was quite disappointing to see others serving with a smile while being attended by someone like her with such a bad attitude. I would appreciate if the centre recruit and keep people who understand how to provide a service.

Extra charges thrust upon you at every single step. No collection of your passport, only courier, which happens to cost £29.90. Oh, your picture is incorrect (every single time), that’s another £10 please. The staff here talk more haughtily than celebs. Standard appointments are never available, you need to pay a £100 fee to get in the door with the “premium lounge”.

I had a very pleasant experience with BLS Spain Visa Application Centre in Colombo. The staff were professional, polite, and well organized throughout the entire process. The document submission was smooth, and they guided me clearly whenever I had questions.
The office was clean, the appointment system was efficient, and the waiting time was reasonable. I really appreciated the courteous service and the professionalism shown by the team.
Thank you to the BLS Colombo staff for making the visa application process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this visa application centre to anyone applying for a Spain visa.

Extortionary fees for premium service when it’s even slower than regular, not enough seating available in premium lounge despite being forced to pay for that service as appointments are impossible to come by. In general just a farce of a service really. Rather rude sig

The worst service possible
The worst service possible. As a senior, I was rejected twice and treated rudely by key staff members who seemed to be in competition with each other. Total disrespect for senior citizens who are trying to follow the system.
