Shipping of product is pathetic
Shipping of product is pathetic! Two+ weeks for delivery every time I order. I'm on the east coast the same as were the ship from. I can't be the only person that gets their orders in this time frame. This time order July 1st, expected delivery now July 18th.
If they need to charge for shipping, then so be it.
At least people will know it will be coming sooner.

complete SCAM of a company. Placed order , tracking number was updated. Shows package received in Hilaeah Fl (later learned this is only their own warehouse) and then never ever moves again. Contacted the company who says package will ship in a couple days. Waited a week after no package movement, contacted company again they say the exact same thing. A MONTH goes by still nothing so contact company and company assures me product is shipping out that day, he packed it himself. So I check the tracking a few days later and still zero movement. This company is just a total total scam. STAY AWAY!!

I placed an order for High Flavanol Cocoa Powder on 6/19/2025, I received a tracking number a few days later but after a week the order never moved out of Florida. I tried to contact the company several times but finally had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Buyer beware! I placed an order on May 24th and still have not received it as of June 25th. Never received tracking updates either. I reached out on Sunday June 22nd and Vincenzo replied almost immediately, assuring me that his team would make this right. The next day Gema offered to send me a replacement order and I requested overnight delivery. That was the last time I heard from customer service. On Tuesday, June 24th, I requested a full refund and did so again today. I've been completely ghosted and have zero confidence that this company will refund my money. Just read the reviews of this company....many of them are the result of other customers having a similar experience. If you take the time to do the research and multiple customers highlight their concerns, you should consider that we're not just negative, disgruntled customers. There is a pattern here and I hope I can help others avoid the nonsense that I've had to endure. Maybe the supplements are good but their logistics and customer service really need an overhaul. Unfortunately, I don't think they care and they'll probably go out of business before they fix their problems.

I placed my order for their Cocoa flavonoids, and that was the easiest part of doing business with this company. I use Route to track my orders so that I can expect my deliveries. I must say this was my first time doing business with this company, and it will be my last. I watched my order sit in the USPS stage where the label was created and it remained in there for 5 days. The order was finally dropped off with USPS and has not begun the journey to my residence yet. I cannot rate their product, but I will certainly give them an F for service. I attempted to contact their customer service department and I'm still waiting for a response back Good luck just beware I have warned you

Same as all the other folks here. I ordered something. The "printed a label" and called it shipped. A full week went by with no change to the UPS shipping. I contacted them and they told be the had a "warehouse issue" which seems to be their standard response - check all the review sites. But, they told me they had it fixed and it would be shipped. So... a few more days went by and still no movement. I contacted them again asking for a refund. They said, "No. We've really got it fixed this time and we'll send it." I told them I was no longer interested and that I'd be contacting the credit card company citing a failure to deliver. At that point, they capitulated and gave me my money back. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ZERO INTEGRITY.

Website lies and misleads. No such things as try out and 100% hasslefree returns! if you have issues you will be tied up in nonsense till the cows come home. Poor service, extensive delays in delivery and not only that by i was hit with a £50 customs charge (they should tell you these things if they really want to work globally!) thats on top of a priority $74 delivery charge that took 6 weeks to deliver.

Not one of my emails to the company has been answered but they seem to still be ok with sending me promo emails daily.
