The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on March 23rd. I received notice the product was delivered on April 4th. I did not receive the product. They have no phone number. Only contact by emails. I sent a note from their Contact Us page. I receive an auto reply acknowledge receipt and please allow 24 hours for them to respond, which they did not. So sent another message from their site. Again I got an auto reply saying please allow 24 hours for them to respond. It is now approach 2 weeks and nothing at all from them. I did send a third message stating I was reporting them to my credit card company which I did.

I have been trying for at least 2…

I have been trying for at least 2 months to stop automated shipments. You can't talk to anyone so you have to leave a message or email and I've done both numerous times and I'm still getting shipments. I'm fried!

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. They lie about delivery times of their products . Asked to cancel order and get a refund. They ignore and say they are still shipping . 8 days later and still waiting.
