I have what my doctor described as "heart induced cirrhosis of the liver." As I researched the issue I learned Cadmium and Lead are to be avoided by persons with liver Issues. I learned further, Cadmium and Lead are usually contained in Cocoa Powder. Black Forest did send me a certificate of Analysis showing how much of both metals are in your Cocoa Powder. I stiil have no idea how much Cadmium, or Lead, is actually in a single scoop of Cocoa Powder, the daily dose recommended on your label. Can you help me? Am I endangering my already damaged Liver further by using your Cocoa Powder? I would think I am NOT your only customer who wiil benefit from this information. IF BF Cocoa Powder IS safe, and healthy people with Liver problems, it might be beneficial for BF to advertise BF Cocoa Powder as "Safe for Those with Cirrhosis" or other liver problems. So far, as I have attempted to determine whether or not I SHOULD be using BF Cocoa Powder, it has become apparent to me BF is "avoiding liability" by avoiding a direct response to my questions. Wouldn't ascertaining the true health facts be beneficial for everyone?

This product amazed me, I was shocked by quality because normally this products oils be shitty. But no… not this one. Overall delightful and the price is great!

My experience so far has been good as far as shipping. As soon as I ordered I received same day tracking information. I ordered on the 18th and received it on the 26th. The company communicated upon initial purchase that it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery but it arrived in about a week. It is still too early to know how effective the products are but so far so good. My only concern it that if you Google the Cocoa powder you get 3 different prices for the exact same product and if you click on the higher price it does not auto correct to the current price. Currently their Cocoa power is listed at $47, $79, & $95 on Google for the exact same product and same size product. Be careful you are ordering from the correct site and at the actual current price. I did like that the site gives you money back for your purchase which you can receive in gift card form or credit to use for next order. I received about $30 back on my $90 order.

i have just recently started using the Cocoa Flavanols and I am excited to experience the changes. Years ago I was diagnosed with Severe Coronoary Artery Calcification and told there was no treatment other than diet which would slow any further decline.Doing some reaearch I discovered Polyphenols, and now Flavanols. My heart has shown excellent improvement and now including Flavanols I expect to see even more improvement.

Surprised to see poor reviews of Black Forest’s customer service. My experience with their staff has been truly great!

BF products are definitely first class. So happy I found this company. Every product has been excellent - Berberine, NMN, NR, Spike Detox, and Cocoa Flavanols+Flavonoids.

The upcoming ban of NMN by the FDA is shameful. It’s totally Big Pharma and the government in cahoots.

I ordered supplements from Black Forest on September 8th, 2025. They sent me a tracking number the following week. I watched as the package was never accepted for shipment. The tracking states Package Acceptance Pending. I notified them a few days later saying the package hasn't moved. They blew me off saying I'll receive it in a couple days. The following week the package still hadn't moved so I emailed them again. I told them to refund my money or I will initiate a charge back. It is September 22nd and I still haven't received package or refund. Buyer beware. Seems that many people don't actually get their product and their customer support stinks.

The products that I ordered were excellent, I tried Berberine and Magnesium and both are excellent, the delivery was on time, very good prices and I love the presentation, thanks a lot, I love Blackforestsupplements👏👏👏👏👏👏

came after 3 weeks of my order by then black forest was advertising in labor day buy one get one free, i applied and they didn't do anything!

i wouldn't buy anything and black forest doesn't seem to have a 3rd party verification of there products
