Fine product, long delivery experience
The product itself is not bad, however the company needs a different delivery provider, and better communication around delivery overall, providing contact information clearly. FedEx for some reason can not deliver to pick up point, therefore it becomes complicated to time the delivery.

Important order....let down!
I placed an important order with the fastest lead time that gave me 3 days clear. They delayed the print, delayed the dispatch, then TNT lost the package. The worst thing.....nobody wants to actively assist, because theres no mechanism to help.....STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!

Only received half of my order
Only received half of my order. Said both parcels were delivered but I only received one. Costumer service is a chat bot that can't help me.
The item I received was very good in quality but not ordering here again......

I don't understand why my order is at "wait for design" status when I've uploaded my design back and front at the date of purchasing this order ,which was on 7/6/26.
You are trying to over complicate and delay this whole process which I do not appreciate.
You don't have a proper customer service communication channel,no proper email address displayed.

Suite à un problème dans la livraison de ma commande (jamais reçue), BIZAY a trouvé une solution pour me renvoyer ma commande à leur frais. Je regrette un peu la lenteur de la réaction du service client (j'avais vraiment besoin de ma commande pour le 9 juin, et le 18 juin : toujours rien reçu, je suis en attente d'un nouvel envoi).

On 14-th of May i payed order nr 4897736. Business card/call it visit card. 500 card paid in Danish kr. 94,- med delivery. I got nothing until i day, 09 of June. I did check my account on Bizay, i found new bill ,value more than 100 kr. Disgusting service. Thank you.

Slechte kwaliteit en geen klantenservice
Het product was snel geleverd, maar zeer slechte print kwaliteit en slechte klantenservice. Daarover kon ik geen contact opnemen met ze. Mijn klacht werd niet beantwoord, geen telefoonnummer, geen persoonlijk contact, slechte chatbot waar je niet mee verder komt. Helaas geen oplossing gekomen, omdat ze niet thuis geven.

Dreadful Company
Ordered notepads and paid extra to be delivered no later than 29th May. Still waiting and no idea when they will arrive (if ever). The event they were needed for has now passed so I have no use for them.
Total scam. Do not use. Customer service is poor and take ages to respond and don't answer the question asked. Have asked for a refund but they have chosen to ignore then email!
Updated following comment below. Although they state they couldn't find my order I have received an email stating if I want a refund I have to refuse delivery. Problem is, there is no delivery and no date of when/if they may arrive. According to the tracking link its been to Lisbon, San Fernando De Henares, Duiven and back to San Fernando De Henares.
Do not use this company.

Waited over 24 hours for a email back it’s simply not good enough. Don’t be lazy and cut customer service for ai bots. You will loose a lot of customers
