I ordered business cards which were great value for money. The price seemed too good to be true. However when I received a product they are of great quality. They also arrived earlier than the agreed date. I am so happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

Delighted with the product. Absolutely perfect and exactly as ordered. They did take a week longer to arrive than expected so maybe plan ahead a little bit. Overall though I would definitely recommend Bizay ad I am completely overjoyed with the product

Ordered wedding invitations and they are awful. It’s actually disgusting they even posted them out and it took them a month!!!!

The invitations are monstrosities ….. we were so so so upset by them. They are so careless and the customer service really couldn’t care and don’t want to refund.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before using Bizay.

One set of leaflets we received had terrible printing defects, with obvious colour bleeding and shadowing throughout. What followed was over a month of some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

I was made to provide evidence of the same defects four separate times before they properly dealt with it. They then tried to dismiss the problem as normal differences between screen and printed colours, despite me repeatedly explaining that colour variation was never the complaint. The complaint was about obvious bleeding and shadowing in the physical print.

After weeks of delays, repeated evidence submissions and emails, Bizay simply maintained that there was nothing wrong with the leaflets and refused to refund me.

Eventually, I had enough and raised a chargeback through my bank, which resulted in me getting my money back.

What concerns me most is how difficult Bizay made it to resolve a straightforward complaint about defective goods. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, I spent more than a month fighting for a refund.

My advice to other businesses is to be extremely wary. A cheap price means very little if this is the level of support you receive when something goes wrong.

Bizay has permanently lost our business, and based on my experience dealing with this complaint, I would not recommend them.

Awful experience. Paid to get item by 11th September. They email to say I’ve received item, but item is still in Spain on tracking with GLS. Item late and no reply to my emails. Do not use this company. They are cheap for a reason. Use Vistaprint or Instaprint. Or anyone else.
