I recieved my order from Bizay today and am very pleased with the quality and printing on the items I ordered. I would have loved it if they(Bizay) had more font's but that is a minor thing. I ordered three different Items with individual printing. All three were of good or great standard. Very pleased with my order.
I will be ordering from them again.

Avoid. Ordered 2500 round button logo stickers in yellow and black. I was sent an email to confirm my design, a yellow and black button design. Was sent 3 weeks later 2500 black and white logo stickers that were all unaligned from the middle. Completely useless and when I complained they just sent back an email saying you “chose black and white” and not even mentioning how the design was almost off the stickers on 90%. I have the design email from them with my colour sample that I have sent back to them to prove I ordered colour but now silence, guess it’s a big f u from bizay?

Fabulous! I made a mistake with sizing and on preview it cut some of my wording. I tried to amend however, missed the timings!
My label were perfect...totally worth paying for extra checks.

Ich habe für ein Veranstaltung Becher bestellt. Ende Juli für den 2.September. Mitte August sollte ich das Design nochmal anpassen und habe zusätzlich die Design Kontrolle dazugebucht. Seit dem steht wartet auf Freigabe und ich habe zur Veranstaltung keine Becher bekommen, die in 2 Tagen ist. Man kriegt vorgefertigte Antworten und keiner hilft bei dem Problem. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Every time on time

Just high delivery cost versus the delivery time.

Druckqualität an sich gut, aber leider wurde meine Datei selbstständig ohne Rücksprache geändert und eine Seite eingefügt wo sie nicht sein sollte. Damit hat sich alles im Druck verschoben und stimmte nicht mehr überein. Mein komplettes Buch funktioniert somit nicht mehr. Das Beschwerdemanagement ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde hier nicht mehr wieder drucken, schade um das viele Geld.

I ordered some stickers and some birthday cards. The stickers were printed fine and delivered, so no issue there. However, the A6 birthday cards were nearly 2 weeks late with no communication from Bizay. The bigger issue for me was the description on the website of the birthday cards, as they were actually 2-sided postcards. By definition this cannot be called a birthday card, and I expected a blank inside spread to write my message. They make no apology for this.

The products are printed in Portugal which is why the delivery takes so long and the delivery is very expensive.

I recommend using Vista Print instead. Much better all round.
