What a terrible company
What a terrible company. My delivery was delayed and then I had a message saying it was damaged. 12 days after the due delivery date. I had to go elsewhere as i needed the printed items for an event. I’ve yet to have any apology. I asked for a refund but they have refused and are supposedly reprinting the items that will now be three weeks too late for the event. When I explained this customer services (!) quoted terms and conditions to me. They do NOT provided any customer service. I’ve had to keep chasing to find out why the order was late and NO APOLOGY given. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. They are terrible!

Bad quality control, no refunds...
I bought a roll of stickers which weren't printed properly. I had to send photos with rulers and a video to prove the stickers were badly made, twice. Delivery also took two weeks.
Bizay said they would reprint which I declined as I needed the stickers quickly. They area sending me the stickers anyway which has taken them another two weeks.
Lots of time wasted and a refusal to refund me for a defective product.
Not a fan!!!

⭐ 1 Star Absolutely Disastrous Experience!
An absolutely disastrous experience from start to finish! I ordered a wedding booklet, uploaded my attachment and completed payment. Within minutes of placing the order, I realised that the attachment had not uploaded correctly.
I immediately tried every possible way to contact the company to resolve the issue, but it was virtually impossible to speak to an actual person. The only option available was an AI chatbot, which was completely unhelpful.
The emails I eventually received from customer service were equally frustrating. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a solution, I was repeatedly told to make the corrections myself, despite clearly explaining that the system kept displaying an error whenever I tried.
To make matters worse, I was then informed that no changes could be made because my order was already in production and was told to check more carefully next time!
How can an order possibly be in production when it was placed just minutes earlier and I had contacted them immediately about the problem?
The response was dismissive, unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care or consideration for the customer. Instead of taking responsibility or making any effort to help, they simply shifted the blame onto me.
I have now wasted £30 on an order that may not even be printed correctly, all because of a technical issue that I tried to report immediately.
Absolutely appalling customer service, zero accountability and no genuine interest in resolving customer issues.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the money, frustration and disappointment, and take your business elsewhere!

Very Poor Customer Service – Missing Parcel and No Response
My order was supposed to be delivered on the 11th, but the tracking shows it as delivered even though I never received my parcel. I also paid an extra £17 for fast delivery, which makes this experience even more frustrating.
Despite repeatedly contacting both FedEx and Bizay, I have received no proper response or solution. Bizay’s only available support seems to be an AI live chat, with no easy way to speak to a real person who can actually help.
I paid for my order and extra for fast delivery, yet I have no parcel and no proper support. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to get answers about missing orders.
Extremely disappointing service. Bizay needs to improve its customer support and take responsibility for resolving delivery issues. I would think twice before ordering from them again.
