delivery company left order on the street. So never received it. No way of contacting them as help centre buttons dont work, no phone number and no customer service. So lost £42 a bunch of thieves

Do not be fooled with their low prices
Do not be fooled with their low prices, most of my orders didn't arrive and I have been chasing them for a refund for a very long time. They just stop responding. The quality of the items that did arrive is nothing short of criminal. Be very cautious when deciding to use Bizay, I save yourself a lot of stress and money and just go with a reputable, trusted print supplier.

500/100 products defective. Company seemed to ignore the problem, by using 'bots'.
Ordered 1000 products. 500 were defective and useless. They send an email to say they see I have my order, and I tell them about the issue. All I got in response were scripted non-human replies about my issue.
HOWEVER, it seems the bots did actually listen to my issue (and see the photos), and Bizay have now made the order good, by sending replacements.
So, all in all pleased. But wish they didn't leave communication about any issues to bots. We need more humans! :)

I ordered leaflets for my new business…
I ordered leaflets for my new business well over a month ago and paid for delivery to be either today or earlier. About 2 weeks ago I received an email from bizay to let me know my leaflets had been shipped. However when I check the tracking status it's going backwards and forwards between 2 parcel drop offs one in Portugal and the other in Spain, it shows the estimated delivery date is the 9th of November!!
I contacted bizay (but they don't have any way of contacting a real human) it's a virtual assistant that raises a query for you and a member of their team is supposed to reply within 48 hours. A week later! I get an email from bizay customer service to say that my leaflets are with GLS and are scheduled to be delivered as agreed (by today) please check the tracking page for more details, which I do and I see they are still in Portugal so I reply to their email as it says you can contact us through this channel for any other queries and they have not responded to any emails and when I go to the virtual assistant and put my order number in to raise the query again it now says. Sorry but we are unable to help you at this time.
So they've basically stole my money they are a con!
I'm fuming I launch my new business in a week and a half and now I have no leaflets or pricelist

Quality for the money
Business Cards and Flyers printed wonderfully, good quality. Can't beat the prices. Would say the flyers are smaller than expected but that's probably on me for not double checking the size. Love the fact you can order smaller and more affordable flyers though! Love the rounded business cards! They are like coasters which is perfect for my business!

Ordered stickers for coffee cups 01/09/2026, products still not arrived. Costumer services is non-existent, issue been reported 3 times now without the a reponse other than the auto response someone will contact within 48hours. No phone number to phone, email addess etc...avoid this company, as far as I am concerned this company have scammed me out of money, money paid no goods recieved.
