Got my order today, over the moon with the business cards. Delivery was great too!!

Delivered ahead of schedule. Quality product as always.
Now waiting on second equally as important delivery 🙏

Ordered 1000 beer mats and chose front and back option. Submitted artwork and stated in instructions that the same artwork was to be used front back. Beers mats arrived. Beer mats only printed on one side. Sent in a complaint ticket. Response was to blame me for the error. If you are happy to have poor quality card, not printed to your specifications and poor after care customer service then these are the suppliers for you. When the supplier replies implying the problem was because of something I did or didn’t do, may I suggest you read the other Trust Pilot reviews before ordering - it never seems to be their fault. They will reply to this saying they are investigating but they’re not.

I have used Bizay on 2 previous occasions for business cards, both times the product and service was excellent. I now want to use the same design for a5 flyers, but I cannot find a way of doing this on their website. The chat service is terrible and there is no other way of contacting them. Why do companies nowadays not have phone numbers?

Very easy to design my cards on my own. Once I had checked the price was much better than other competitors for the same quantity. They arrived a lot quicker than originally estimated. (Estimated for the 26th but arrived on the 21st). They are great quality and exactly what I need.

Ordered magnets for our business. Paid the extra £10 to have it checked for quality and issues. Arrived and the text was so blurred you couldn't read it. Asked for a refund - they credited the account and i reordered with a larger magnet in case it was the size that was the issue. My file was the right size and quality. They arrived today- text better but still fuzzy and the white background is dark grey. Very frustrating and a waste of time and money.

Ordered leaflets for an event, they all came with a mark on them, not proffesional so couldnt use them, this took me weeks to resolve and then their offer was to resend me the leaflets but the event has passed!

Recieved the most awful mock up design to print. Looks like it's been aligned and cropped by a 3year old!.
Asked to cancel the order as im not paying £145+ for that 💩💩.

They refuse to cancel the order yet no production has started as im not accepting what they have sent as a mock up 🤡🤡
Will contact bank for charge back request

USE VISTAPRINT or PixartPrinting - stay away from these clowns who clearly dont have a clue what they are doing

Commandé des programmes pour livraison le 17 septembre pour notre concert du 2 octobre. Reçu maintenant l'information que la livraison se fera le 2 octobre. Si, comme la dernière fois ils on un retard de 5 jours, JE SUIS DANS LA M...!
Obligé de commander à une autre imprimerie, donc double frais.....
