Zeer slechte ervaring. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. Kunnen ontwerp niet goed aanbieden en komen daarmee nadat je besteld en betaald hebt. Zelf extra betaald voor correctie mee te nemen. En zeggen dan nu als je besteld en betaald hebt dan kan je niet meer annuleren. Ze komen ook niet met nog ander voorstel. Dus geen product en geen geld. Hele slechte service en reageren bijna niet

If I could give Bizay minus figures I would. Their customer service is non-existent. I ordered labels which they misprinted. They were totally unprofessional and unusable all being printed off to the side. I complained. They sent a replacement. Replacement was even worse, and they took it upon themselves to change my design. I had waited three weeks for the first labels to arrive and then another week or so for the so-called replacement. (It seems like it is UK based but items ship from Portugal it turns out.)

I have been trying to get a refund since July. I note that their refund policy stated they would refund to the same card payment method or credit the customer account. I said I wanted refunding to my card as I do not trust them to get simple labels correct. It is also extremely annoying that you cannot speak to a person online, you get AI that just issues you with a ticket number. It can take weeks for “customer care” to respond. And I use the term “care” very lightly. After several emails they have completely ignored my request for a refund. A latest email does not even acknowledge the refund request, makes no mention of it, or even the unprofessional labels I was sent. It simply says that they delivered my orders successfully and they consider the complaints closed and they apologise for any inconvenience. This is an absolute joke. So, they considered sending a customer unprofessional labels and not refunding them to their original payment method acceptable? Delaying their business launch? I do not. I also note that since I started my complaints, they have recently EXTENSIVELY UPDATED their refund policy. I took a screen shot of what it used to be and now the whole policy needs two screen shots! They have basically decided to list many, many things they will now not refund for and have inserted a long list of rules and regulations. This seems very telling. Seemingly, they are putting all the blame on customers! It appears they will go to great lengths in order not to refund a customer. If a design is central, and you upload it central on their software, how can it be that the image is misaligned on every single label they produce and it be customers fault? As someone who designs regularly, I can assure you the fault is not mine. It appears we can put men into space, yet this company cannot print a simple logo with wording in the centre of a label. Bizay is the WORST company I have EVER, EVER had to deal with. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone ever. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It seems that is all they care about, keeping your money, rather than the “customer care” due. I Expect this review will generate a generic response from them but it will mean nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

My rating would be -10 and then some. I’ve never made a public online complaint about any company. I feel compelled to do so and that speaks volumes!!! There is clearly a training need with the customer service team and the company as a whole. They need to be trained to care about their customers!!

Ordered 1000 beer mats and chose front and back option. Submitted artwork and stated in instructions that the same artwork was to be used front back. Beers mats arrived. Beer mats only printed on one side. Sent in a complaint ticket. Response was to blame me for the error. If you are happy to have poor quality card, not printed to your specifications and poor after care customer service then these are the suppliers for you. When the supplier replies implying the problem was because of something I did or didn’t do, may I suggest you read the other Trust Pilot reviews before ordering - it never seems to be their fault. They will reply to this saying they are investigating but they’re not.

I have used Bizay on 2 previous occasions for business cards, both times the product and service was excellent. I now want to use the same design for a5 flyers, but I cannot find a way of doing this on their website. The chat service is terrible and there is no other way of contacting them. Why do companies nowadays not have phone numbers?

Nothing bad to say. They printed the order and promptly confirmed the amendments that I needed. Highly recommend.
