Absolutely terrible. First of all, a tonne of random extra charges -strange start- then after I paid extra for delivery by the 10th, nothing came, then after many many many ignored emails they gave a fake apology saying it will be delivered by the 23rd - also a lie. Come the 30th they said they're not sending it anymore, no further explanation. No refund at all for all this bs !

Esperienza terribile. Cappellini ordinati ad agosto che dovevano arrivare a settembre non sono ancora arrivati e siamo già ad ottobre. Gli mandi una grafica la rielaborano come gli pare dandoti un progetto inguardabile e devi stargli a spiegare ancora come lo vuoi perdendo giorni su giorni. Incompetenza allo stato puro. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Ich habe am 29.09.2026 zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben und wollte sie unmittelbar danach korrigieren, weil sich Format und Druckausführung geändert hatten. Auf der Seite wird eine Korrektur beziehungsweise Prüfung der Bestelldaten in Aussicht gestellt, und mir wurden in beiden Bestellungen genau dafür Positionen in Rechnung gestellt, nämlich Design Analysis mit 1,99 Euro und Analysis + Correction mit 2,99 Euro. Tatsächlich war über die Seite keine Korrektur möglich, weder am Format noch an der Ausführung, und es gibt dafür auch keinen funktionierenden Weg im Kundenkonto. Wer für eine Prüf- und Korrekturleistung bezahlt, erwartet, dass er sie auch nutzen kann, und genau das entspricht hier nicht den Angaben auf der Website. Ich habe daraufhin beide Bestellungen storniert und die Rückerstattung angefordert. Aus meiner Sicht müsste Bizay entweder eine echte Korrekturmöglichkeit vor Produktionsstart anbieten oder auf der Produktseite klar schreiben, dass nach dem Absenden keinerlei Änderung mehr möglich ist. Für gewerbliche Kunden, die auf ein genaues Format angewiesen sind, ist das so nicht brauchbar.

J'ai commandé 20 livres à imprimer, aucune livraison faite, date prévue sur la facture, dépassée d'un mois. J'ai envoyé des Mails , ils ne sont pas exécutés et reviennent en No Reply.
Impossible de contacter qui que ce soit d'autre car aucun accès clientèle n'est prévu. Ma commande s'éternise sur le "en production" et c'est tout. Très tard, ma commande est passée "en distribution" mais la satisfaction n'est pas là. J'attends la marchandise avec crainte

This is the second time I have used them and I only have great things to say about them.

Easy to use website, very good end product, print quality and magnet strength excellent. Overall very pleased with the product and at a great price.

This was supposed to be an 84 page note book keepsake for a funeral on the 4th. Ordered 2 weeks early. I created the pdf myself with all 84 pages and ended up with 8 pages. Their design instructions are convoluted and misleading. They don't make or stock the products. This led to lots of emails which I suspect were also a delay tactic. They were supossed to be delivered to my hotel as they were late to my home but they never turned up. I got them this weekend and they are going straight to recycling. The company should have cancelled the order since they couldn't deliver and you can't cancel them yourself. Arrived on the 26th 3 weeks after the event. It turned out to be an 8 page photo copied pamphlet of very poor quality, pale ink and not worth posting on to the attendees. The paper is thin, the cover pictures are misshapen. If the pages were as described, it wiuld be useful 8 pages is absolutly useless. The description is totally misleading. Not worth it, a waste of money.

DON'T USE - i didn't recieve my order i paid for and impossible to contact. Taken money for nothing.

Website was easy to navigate and the steps to design the card were easy to follow. Delivery was quick and the business cards are great quality. really happy how they turned out.
