Horrible customer service avoid at all costs

My new bird dogs give me the ability to squat, kneel, and do a perfect back-bend in comfort. People ask me if Birdogs has a similar meaning to prairie dog, (as in Prairie dogging it). it gets complicated.

Not too short, not too long. And, very stretchy and comfortable Ship fast too!

My one stop shop for Qzips, pants, shorts & joggers own several pairs of each, and theyre all super comfy without sacrificing on professional looking style.

Great Qyality/Comfort! My go to shorts for everything in life. Definitely will be purchasing more in the future! Keep up the great work!

Comfy check! Classic check! Enough stretch for a former athlete check! First two weeks and wear/ wash test. I’ll be a repeat offender…. Errr I mean purchaser!

Bird dogs are by far the best pair of pants I have ever put on. They fit perfectly and look great! I don't know how they do it, but they do it!

Love all my Bird Dogs short I own. I love that they come in different lengths. They are very comfortable to wear. I wear them everyday for the gym and casual wear during the summer. I use to buy Lululemon shorts but I have switched over to 80% of my shorts to Bird Dogs. Would Highly recommend!!

Great Swim Trunks
These are the by far the best swim trunks I have ever owned. Fit is perfect, great style and colors.

Very comfortable. Great fitting pants that can be worn everyday for casual wear or work.

Birddogs customer service and return policy hides behind a broken opaque model.

Response time is poor to non existent.

Return policy clearly states full refund minus $9 restocking fee, yet their actual return policy may change to credit only depending upon the item. Meanwhile, their return function does not work despite an online system.

Avoid this company unless you want to go into the black hole of no responsiveness. It is as if the whole intent is to take your money even if the item is not acceptable, does not fit, or is not of sufficient quality.

I submitted an order. The website it would ship out within three days and arrive in 6. 10 days and 5 emails later they refunded the order but never responded to my email. Very unprofessional. They use DHL which is the word shipper on the planet. Probably speaks to their low quality everything

There is no concern on their part for customer service especially when it comes to shipping. They barely responded (actually there was no response just a refund of my $20 expedited shipping. Supposed to be 2-3 days but it’s been 14. days now and still no delivery) and are more than happy to take my money without one.

I love the quality of the shorts and am very happy with the q-zip sweater style and fabric. Super soft and can wear it to work, socially and golf. I received bonus gear (sweatshirt and hat) for my purchase. I personally rock the hat all the time. Will purchase for all the men in my family again.

I purchased one pair of joggers second hand after reading some reviews.. and comparisons to lulu lemons joggers..just to dip my toes in and test it out.

They were size medium, perfect waist fit, perfect inseam length. I was hyped! I wanted some other colors.

Then I ordered 3 more pairs.. all medium and received all different inseam lengths, all different waist fits, all longer and looser than the medium I first tried. And worse fabric to boot.

I assume I bought a different generation that was before cost cutting measures.

My measurements fit the medium on the website, small should be too small...?

Then, one pair ended up having a manufacturer's defect that I was able to email customer support with some photos and had fairly painless process there.. The exchanged pair was sent without a bag and thus it was poking through the box, and was openly stained / darkened black from the shipping ordeal... Fun. Not worth trying to get them to send another unstained pair, I'll have to try and get it out.

They also felt of even like different fabric or idk if they were other exchanges or returns maybe.. the other products were all in separate plastic bags.

Really weird experience, all over the map.. sometimes good, sometimes terrible. It might be worth taking a shot if you get them deeply discounted but then you cannot return them if they don't work out either though.

I'm hoping maybe I can get them tailored and adjust the inseam.. who knows.

Purchased two pairs of joggers Marco Poolboys and Tiger Woulds for my husband. Based on the size chart I ordered XL (34-36)- My husband has never worn XL pants but I ordered them according to their chart- They are huge- Contacted customer service thru email and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size- Offered to pay shipping both ways- was denied- Full disclosure the pants were final sale- but the sizing is way off- I just wanted to exchange for correct size- Wanted to talk to someone about the issue- NO RESPONSE- First and last time I'll buy from Birddog- And it is a shame because the quality of the joggers is good- Just bad sizing chart.

After another attempt with emailing customer service my issue was resolved. Bird dog did let me return the joggers for a different size.

They shipped me a bad pair- Quality assurance will not respond to emails after 2 weeks.

I placed a larger order recently and I am yet to receive my order. It has been over a month since I placed my order and the tracking data on UPS and on birddogs.com say the shipping label has been created but has not been shipped. It has not been updated since I placed my order. I have contacted customer support (no phone number, only an email) multiple times over the course of the month and have only received one response which was only to placate a less than enthused customer without any real resolutions. Birddogs' customer support is abysmal.
