The customer service has been excellent. Very responsive to answering questions, which I usually have not experienced in the past with other online purchases.
The swim suit was received earlier than expected and was looked as nice as in the pics. They fit perfectly and my wife loves them! Will be purchasing again from Tucann!!!!

I found Tucann on social media and loved the swimsuit colors and styles they offered however you don’t know what you will receive so I was hopeful that it would live up to the hype. I realized after ordering I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed customer service immediately. To my surprise they responded in less that 10 minutes and told me they would change the size before leaving. Tucann lived up to that promise!!! I received my swimsuits in the correct size and they were the best quality swimsuit I ever owned before! The product is amazing… the customer service even better!!! I will never buy another brand outside of Tucann ever again. Thanks Tucann for a great product and great service! I’m sorry I could only rate you 5 stars when you deserve so much higher than that.

Great quality shorts. Fit amazingly. Definitely recommend following the washing and drying recommendations. The customer service team (especially Kim) were very helpful and responsive to any issues and concerns that you have and go above and beyond to get resolution.

I am definately going to shop at Tuccan in the future. I hurriedly bought 2 suits for a trip to Italy but they didnt fit. The return process was amazing. Real people actually kept in contact with me through the whole process. They were friendly and so helpful. I'll be back soon!!

Great fit. Lot's of compliments. First pair bought on Amazon, loved them and got two more pair direct from Tucann. Had a issue with a factory defect on my second pair and customer service made it right.

The product itself deserves a 5 Star rating.

I paid extra for express shipping relying on the representation on their website. The product ended up coming as though as though it had been shipped the normal way. In other words, I was willing to pay more to have it by the date in their website. They failed at this. However, thereafter they made good.They thereafter corrected the issue 100% to my satisfaction.

UPDATE: They did respond and I changed my review to 5 stars!!I am totally satisfied with the outcome.

I love all my different pair of Tacann shorts. Seriously some of the best shorts I own. I ordered another pair and the zipper broke. Needless to say I was heart broken. I contacted customer service and after a quick exchange, I have a new pair in the mail for free. I love this brand and they stand by their product. Customer service was amazing. I’ll continue to buy tucann.

I’ve been a Billabong and Hurley guy for years, usually keeping 4–6 pairs in rotation. A few months ago, I decided to give Tucann a try, and I’m glad I did.

I liked the fit and features so much that I went back and bought two more pairs of the 7” shorts. They have a great selection of styles and patterns, and the price is right in line with the other major brands.

Better than I expected.
Very comfortable, fits perfectly and very stylish.

Nice shorts, nice material inner and outer. The only surprise was the elastic waistband on the back. Usually prefer not having an elastic waistband. It emphasizes the “love handles/muffin top.”

Its a nice product but order the next size up. I have 3 large bathing suits that fit fine, this one is really tight.

I originally purchased Tucann swim shorts and upon receiving my first pair, I instantly fell in love with them. They fit the best, the fabric was durable, the style was better than any other shorts I have seen. I immediately bought more pair and had many friends asking about my shorts. Now a large group of my friends are wearing Tucann shorts as well. We had to reach out to customer service to get some help and they were responsive and showed that the product is not just a quality product, but so is the service. My wife has tried to get me to wear other swimshorts, but I refuse to wear anything but these Tucann Shorts. If you are looking to see whether or not you should buy some, trust me when I say, they will be your favorite shorts, very quickly.
