One of my favorite candle and fragrance companies! Have enjoyed all their new scents as well as their reformulations. I haven't experienced any tunneling with their new wax blend.
I also have only had the best interactions with their customer service team! They have always been kind and quick to provide resolutions.
10/10 all around. Can not reccomend enough.
The Boy Smells candles are absolutely divine and the brand is one of my faves for lux candles. This scent did not disappoint with both a scrumptious hot and cold throw! Candles always arrive well packaged, quickly and in pristine condition. I have never had to interface with customer service.
I ordered 3 candles during the holiday Big Friggin Deal days. I lit the first, LES, and allowed it to burn for about 1.5 hours. I noticed it started to tunnel about 45 minutes after burning. I let it burn for another 30 minutes hoping it would even itself out.
It did not.
The candle tunneled worse than any candle I've bought elsewhere. I reached out immediately to customer support and provided pictures.
Boy Smells replied by providing clear instructions on how to burn a candle CORRECTLY. I wasn't aware that I was burning it wrong. I guess it's my fault the thing tunneled like that with the wick off center.
I'm trying to return the other 2 now.

OMG! Their customer service is the best! I am now a life-long loyal Boy Smells customer. My package never made it to me and they did a better job than what I was asking them to do. I'm sold.
Complete rubbish. Cheap chinese product, lame scent, nothing luxurious. Any candle from Target is more delicious and potent in smell. I got Woodphoria and Slow Burn - a waste of money!!
Don't pay for "expedited shipping", it's a rip off. According to the tracking order number 240027 hasn't moved for three days. I could have delivered in on foot faster. I suppose regular delivery is even slower but that would be its own poor achievement. So far we are up to ten days for delivery, makes you wonder who their courier is, Pony Express? Except Pony Express actually managed a greater distance, New York to San Francisco in ten days so it can't be them on horseback! I paid $100 for 60ml of perfume and a totally obscene $50 for delivery. If you pay $50 for delivering a small item you shouldnt have to chase it up. This company needs to adjust its prices to reflect it's standard of service and level of commitment to its customers. I anticipate a "we're a small company" excuse for inexcusable service but you can frankly use that one on someone else.
