The ABSOLUTE worst!!!! Never product, takes orders and cancels! No help!

I had an all-white traditional golf shirt; had worn it a handful of times, no more; it had zero signs of wear and tear to this point; wore it last week during a somewhat hot day while playing golf; washed it within 30 min of returning home in accordance to the label; shirt was completely yellowed on the arms, chest, back, torso, and neck when none of this was there before; sent pics the next day to Rhoback and the BOT concluded that there was a product issue and that it would likely be exchanged in full but it required a person to validate; the person concluded the damage was not covered and that all I would get would be a marginal coupon for another of lesser or equal value ; they don't backup their product ; the whole of the shirt priced at this price is that it can handle some perspiration/physical activity; if it can't handle a little bit of sweat without being ruined, what is the point?

The WORST customer service Defective shirt - torn at collar - want RMA, exhchange or refund. AI responds. No real people!

Boy, I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered something. I had the same experience as these disappointed reviewers. I needed a shirt quickly, paid $45 for expedited shipping and it still hasn’t shown up. It was supposed to be here, three days ago.

I hope they comp the shirt when it eventually shows up. If they don’t, it will just be returned. I will never order from them again. What a Joke.

Shipment has been delayed for over 10 days. Customer service is poor to non-existent. Unable to contact anybody via phone call. Do not order from this company.

First ever order, somehow managed to buy something that wasn't eligible for return. How do you sell clothes online that can't be returned? Goodbye $100 I guess.

Paid 2 day expedited shipping rate on Monday and as of Friday still hasn’t shipped. They created the label that’s it. There’s no phone number. I’ve emailed several times with no informative response. I will not order from them again.

Horribly slow shipping. Got shipment notification on 6/12, but didn’t ship until 6/17. I have never experienced such slow shipping from any other retailer. Gift will be late. Looks like it will be 2 weeks to receive shipment since placing order.

Deleted a coupon code and marked item as a final sale item at checkout. Would not cancel the order when contacted immediately after. Bait and switch for an overpriced polo.

I ordered a pair of swimming trunks for my husband’s birthday and had them sent to a friend’s address in the US so they could bring them back to the UK in time for his birthday. I placed the order well in advance, so there was plenty of time for delivery.

Despite having the correct address and my friend being at home, the item was never delivered. Since then, I’ve received no refund, no helpful response, and no clear next steps — I’m left without both the order and my money.

My friend has now returned to the UK, meaning I no longer have any way of receiving the item in time for my husband’s birthday.

The customer service has been completely unacceptable. I’m genuinely shocked this company is still able to trade.

I purchased an order from rhoback about a week ago, after placing the order, I realized the wrong address went in and it was too late for me to change it. I quickly looked to change it, cancel the order or a number to call,I wasn't able to do any of those things. I then quickly sent an e-mail, explaining the situation and I was told since I just placed the order they would hand it off, I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said, not if it could be changed. I then sent an email back saying maybe I should cancel if there was a chance it couldn't get changed. Did not hear back, had to reach out again and when they finally reached back they told me it was already shipped out. Several e-mails later there is nothing they can do.
I get it was my fault, I placed the order through SHOP,
the address that went through wasn't even a passed address I lived at.
What I find very hard to believe that after an order is placed and minutes later like 5, that they were unable to do something to help and then they ask if I want a 20% discount so I can purchase the order again. When I responded why are you asking me, why not just send it to me, I have not heard from them.
I did reorder the bathing suit because it was a gift, but this is the last time i will order from there because of the customer service. This could have been a 5-minute conversation over the phone rather than a weeklong of emails back and forth.
I have worked in retail for over 40 years and know nothing beats great customer service. It is a shame because your company gives the impression you don't care that I am not going to get my purchase, but you got your money.

Ordered 7 polos — about $700 for my first order. Shipping was very delayed, and when it finally arrived, I didn’t receive all my shirts. Only 6 were in the package.

I immediately reached out to support and provided everything: screenshots of the original order showing 7 polos, the packing slip showing only 6 shipped, and photos of what I received. All I got back were AI responses saying they’d “look into it” — and then nothing. No follow-up, no resolution.

The only time I got an actual human response was after I disputed the charge. At that point, they said they would have sent the missing shirt, but because the order was now in dispute, there was “nothing they could do.” Then they stopped responding entirely.

For a company at this price point, that’s completely unacceptable. This is some of the most unprofessional customer service I’ve dealt with.

I’ll stick with brands like Primo, Good Good, Breezy, Barstool Sports, Adidas, Nike, and Puma. At least they have real customer service that actually responds and fixes problems quickly.

Honestly, there’s no difference in quality either. Primo, Breezy, and Good Good are equal — if not better — and cost a lot less per shirt.

Actually been an influencer with them when they were unheard of. Probably bought $2K+ of apparel for myself and friends/family over past 3-4 years.

Saturday with what i thought was a $20 or 20% discount code. Stated immediately after the order that i was looking for discount code and it didn’t pop up. I communicated in writing on 1/31 (3 minutes after ordering) to cancel if can’t apply discount cancel order.

Written communication back they can apply discount retroactively. I asked what that means. No communications until Tuesday, February 3rd …, so sorry already shipped. The deadline btw was 1/31/2026 for discount.

Total disregard for what was promised on 1/31. So they apparently don’t care and are losing a $500/yr customer over $22.

Shipping issues, paid for delivery in 5 - 7 business days and took this amount of time before it was shipped and 20 days prior to being delivered

Worst customer service ever, lied to and ignored by this company. Very frustrating.

Received an Item for Christmas from a relative. Attempted to return the item for the proper size and was informed that the order did not exist and even if they had found the order any items delivered to Canada cannot be returned? They obviously have no problem selling to Canadians, just pray it’s the right size, style, colour and has no flaws or you’re stuck with it.
As a Rhodesian Ridgeback owner and advocate this hurts. We’re done with this company, their customer service is extremely lacking. AVOID.

Product was great but didn't fit. Thought an exchange would be simple and had no trouble getting it back to them and the automated system confirmed receipt on their end. Since then, it's been crickets. I would be fine with a delayed shipment back if they would communicate. I'm just really aggravated with them, their AI customer service seems sympathetic but nothing has been done since the AI said someone would contact me regarding the issue. Really wanted the product, but now i would settle for money back so i could go to their competition that actually wants a customer.

I own 8 Rhoback polos and have never had an issue. My wife bought me the new Clemson pullover in October 2025. The pullover was worn less than 5 times and washed 2 times. The pullover collars started to fade and the pullover material started to pick. The shirt was very expensive and the quality was not worth the price. Buyer beware.

My Christmas present to my brother was not delivered. The picture that was used as proof of delivery did not include anything other than the box itself. Rhoback does not offer live customer service and the AI service it does use runs in circles. I would not suggest using them for anything being delivered somewhere.
