Love what the company is trying to do and it's perfect for my fast growing girl. Good selection of bikes and ours was delivered to Devon without any issues. She loves her Bike Club bike.

We love the concept and the service. only the exchanging fees are a bit pricy i think.

Really easy, great experience & an amazing product

I know there appear to have been some negative reviews recently but honestly I could not be happier with the service received from the bike club!

We also ordered a bike to be delivered in the run up to Christmas, they shipped with DHL who ordinarily are an exceptional courier, but for some ungodly reason they have recently lost their minds and have become a nightmare which is NOT the fault of TBC.

We were meant to have the bike delivered the w/c 15th December. We had the notification that the bike had been dispatched, unfortunately we received a notification that DHL tried to deliver but nobody was in. This is false, we were in and have a Ring doorbell so we know that they didn't even try. We went for a redelivery but we knew we wouldn't be in the next time so requested a delivery to depot, we were happy to collect from there to ensure it would be received before Christmas.

Yesterday we went to collect, after 30 minutes waiting in the depot (with a baby I'll add!) they confessed that they had lost the bike. Which is wild because it hardly a small package!

Anyway, I sent a quick email to TBC to explain the situation and Joe VERY quickly got back to me to offer a same day courier delivery so our four year old wouldn't be disappointed come Christmas morning.

Now I know this is only possibly due to our location (London suburbs) which was close to their distribution centre, however to me it's akin to a Christmas miracle. We didn't have to pay a penny for it and we are SO grateful. Joe came back to me via email so quickly and the situation was resolved so fast that I would whole heartedly recommend TBC to everybody.

They CAN NOT be held responsible for DHL being utterly pants, as generally they are well known for excellent service (and not cheap service either!) so please take this into account when reading the recent reviews.

Ordered a bike from Bike Club in November for delivery on the 15th December, ready for Christmas.

Received communications from Bike Club and the courier confirming the bike was on track to be delivered that date. Come the delivery date, I received a message from the courier giving me the timeslot and saying they would call 30 mins before they would make the delivery.

Didn't receive any further communication from the couriers. They updated the delivery tracking to say the delivery details were wrong, but they were correct, the delivery drivers obviously just couldn't find our house, or were too busy to bother. The only contact details for the couriers was a live chat that they never respond to, despite me trying and waiting on multiple different occasions.

Contact Bike Club to ask what was going on. Was advised to wait 24hrs to be sent a link to reschedule the delivery. I then had to email Bike Club daily as I heard nothing from either Bike Club or the couriers.

Only after multiple emails from myself, did I hear back from Bike Club again, saying the bike had not re-entered the couriers' system. I was offered a different bike, but it was in a colour that I know my son does not want.

Whilst Bike Club have limited power to influence the couriers, it speaks volumes that they use a courier company with so little accountability, and also that they couldn't be bothered to keep me updated during the days waiting for updates on the delivery. This left me less and less time to source an alternative from elsewhere, which I suspect was deliberate to try and force me to accept the alternative bike. Avoid.

Initially I was really impressed with the concept and booking process. I ordered our bike in November with a delivery date of 15th of December. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the courier. I have emailed the bike club twice within the last week with no response. This was due to be my son’s biggest Christmas present and with no response from the bike club and no way to contact them I am feeling disappointed. I will update my review in due course.

We had a really positive experience with The Bike Club. Choosing a bike was straightforward, with plenty of clear options, and despite having seen a few mixed reviews about delivery, ours was quick and hassle-free.

I had a couple of questions along the way and the responses were prompt and helpful, which was reassuring. The bike has now arrived and, even though it’s a refurbished bike, you genuinely wouldn’t know — it’s in excellent condition.

It’s the perfect gift for my daughter, and I also love the sustainability aspect. Knowing we can simply swap it for another size as she grows makes the whole process practical as well as environmentally friendly. I’d happily recommend them based on our experience.

I subscribed to get a bike for my granddaughter for Christmas as these bikes are far lighter than other bikes and she needed a light one. I was very happy with the whole process , all went smoothly including the delivery . What spoilt it was that the bike had dirt marks on. I do not find this acceptable at all and very disappointed !! I've sent 2 emails but not had a response therefore this review.

My daughters bike was supposed to come today. Courier said delivery was "unsuccessful " and nobody at either company will talk to us. We've been in all day nobody came and they have fine this to countless others too

We've always had excellent service from bike club. With the recent changes we made; returning a larger bike to replace it with a smaller one for our youngest to enjoy a bike club bike, I have to give a shout out to Ashley who helped us out. Ashley's customer service was top class.

Due to the lack of organization between yourselves and the worst delivery company known to man ARROW XL. Our delivery was over a week late and had to be delivered on a Saturday when we didn't want it to be seen by our son. If it wasn't for the fact I couldn't buy a bike in time for Christmas I would have cancelled my order. I will however been arranging the bike to be collected at my quickest convenience once Christmas is out of the way and I'm able to actually buy the bike we wanted. To anybody thinking about joining bike club walk away. Don't bother writing back to me trying to justify the poor customer service. The exact same thing happened last time. We should of learnt our lesson but took it as a 1 off clearly we were wrong.

Thank you for your subscription service , it's been a massive blessing, being able to provide my little boy with a premium quality bicycle that he has been enjoying since it was delivered. It's his first proper bicycle after his balance bike days and it was a seamless transition to the Woom 3 with yourselves - looking forward to exchanging his Woom 3 once he has outgrown it - thank you for being a part of my boy's bicycle journey 👍

4th bike exchange! Son now 13 and we are so happy with the swap as you grow approach! The exchange & delivery was really smooth. Chose a re-bike this time (environmentally sound) and although the bike could have been a little cleaner - we did a little extra sprucing as it’s a Xmas gift - everything is fine. Good quality pre-loved. Brilliant service.

I cannot rate the bike club highly enough. Fantastic service and fantastic bikes, this has helped with our child's confidence. From browsing to ordering and having the bike bike delivered, the bike club was first class. Thank you for a fantastic service, we will definitely use again in the near future.

Excellent bikes, great service, fantastic equipment which can grow with grow with yohr child. Have recommended to others and couldn't recomment enough.

We have subscribed with two bikes over the last year, my sons keep on growing so we recently swapped the smallest bike and ordered a bigger one.

The process was so easy, we had to go for a used bike as no new ones were in stock, but the re-placement bike was in great condition. New bike delivered and old one taken at the same time. Easy peasy!

Customer service has always been very helpful when we needed. Bike exchanges over the years have been done smoothly and promptly. We are very happy being members of the Bike Club with a very happy child cycling around!

I have ordered a bike for my 5 year old, her first pedal bike from Father Xmas. I paid £14.99 delivery and chose the 5th December delivery date. I now look and see that the delivery has changed to the 2nd January 2026. Is this companies intent to ruin Xmas for children or something? No phone number to speak to someone, just an email address with 2 day response time. Shocking.
