FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my laser about a month. It malfunctioned so no questions asked, they automatically sent me a replacement. Well sadly, that one had the same minor malfunction so again, called .... no questions asked again so they sent me a third laser. WORKS PERFECTLY!
They were very nice and very quick to replace it. Very satisfied and will definitely purchase more from them.

Just another cheap shit Chinese company! Paid $130 for a green 200mw laser, as we have a substantial duck and goose issue near my home.
Definitely not a 200mw laser! Not even close! Maybe a 5 or 10mw at most. Zero difference in brightness or power from the $20 laser pointers off Amazon. Battery is cheap, charger barely staying together Packaging was cheap as well shipped USPS. Nothing more than a tiny little bubble wrap envelope barely big enough for the laser. Customer service? Forget it! Pretty much non-existent. Wish I would have read their reviews earlier!

They made sure i get the package but when i got it i got a cheap green laser i could build myself and then they said oh no what happened can you send a photo and then when i sent it they ghosted me, i got scammed $35 for the laser NEVER buy from them
The company was good about helping me make sure I had it all put together correctly however it’s no more than a green light and nothing more. Doesn’t even burn through paper or leaves. I hope they get into contact and make this right cause 800$ is to much to waist and I’m not a satisfied customer @ this point.
Customer service exceeded my expectations. Pre and post sale, they were eager to respond with follow-up questions for clarification and answers to the questions I had about their products. In my opinion, the product seems to be great; rugged and powerful. Can't think of anything critical to say.

Zero stars, absolute scam website. Order a a 100mw laser for $90 and they will send you some junk widely sold on Amazon or similar sites for $10. They provide no documentation with the item that lists the output or other specifications, because they know they're selling you junk. This site, and others similar to it need to removed, they're openly committing fraud.
have gotten 3 lasers from them over the years. all in green. phone support was extremely helpful on these units and gave us a discount. thank you
Tried many options to rid Canadian geese from property. All failed except Big Laser. Colin the rep from BL is extremely knowledgeable, the product is solid and well built but, most of all it WORKS. You have to see it to believe it. Best purchase I have made in a very long time..Thanks again.

If I could give negative stars I would this is a BIGSCAM their website makes it look like they are a quality company but they are selling the cheapest lasers from
EBay. I ordered one for $150.00. I couldnt believe how cheap it was when it arrived I complained and they sent me another one but I found out later I could have got the exact same model for $10.00 off eBay.
Best laser i've bought. I also needed help as I lost my batteries, they sent me another set no problem and didn't charge me.
I will be getting another one for my brother for chrismtas this year. Thank you again BigLasers
I called biglasers.com and talked to Colin for advice on a bright green laser.
I went with his advice and I was happy to see the product delivered to me a day earlier than estimated.
The laser is a G1 500mw and it performs great! It shows up really well in pure sunshine and so far I have been able to point things out on the ground as far as 250’ away.
It came with a nice carrying case and with batteries, glasses and a charger.
Thanks to Colin I am a very satisfied customer.
I would recommend anyone with questions to call Colin.
I bought a 90$ 50mw purple laser and recieved a cheap 20$ knock off from china that looked absolutly nothing like the one i ordered. They tried telling me it was the same laser just a different color on the outside, but it was not even close to similar. They eventually refunded my money after i shipped it back. Do not recomend this company.
