Stay clear of ordering from Sanwu Lasers
At the time of my order on **March 21st**, the website indicated that processing and preparation for shipment would take **3 to 8 working days**. However, by **April 4th** (two full weeks later), I had still not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. I texted the number listed on the website (**601-389-7682**) but received no response.
I followed up again on **April 5th**, and someone finally replied, stating that the order was *still being processed* and was scheduled to ship on **Monday, April 7th**. When no confirmation or tracking number arrived on Monday, I reached out once more on **Tuesday, April 8th** — again, with no response.
I sent yet another message on **Friday, April 11th at 8:50 AM**, and only then — nearly **three weeks after the initial order** — did I receive a reply at **11:39 AM**, finally providing the tracking number.
In short, I found the experience to be extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from this company again, as they have proven to be **misleading, unresponsive**, and **lacking transparency** — not only regarding the total cost of the product, but also the actual timeframe required to fulfill and ship the order.
