I ordered the Thor M2 3W, the power is quite the same as that indicated on the site. I don't know if it's the lens on this model that is plastic or glass.

I never received my part. Said it was delivered and they will not help.

Detailed Review:

In April 2025, I bought a Sanwu laser pointer from LaserPointerStore, mainly because of the „multiple modes“ that were clearly stated on the website. After receiving the laser, I discovered it had only a single mode.

I contacted support immediately. LaserPointerStore then changed the product description on the website and, a few days later, acknowledged that the product did not have multiple modes as previously advertised. Over the course of nearly three months, I was offered several very unsatisfactory options for resolution like a partial refund of only about 35% or an exchange for a different product with multiple modes – but only if I paid several hundred USD more.

Eventually, they agreed to issue a refund and amount later to be determined depending on the condition of the laser and under the condition that I declare false information on the customs form. I explained that I would not falsify customs information and asked for a guaranteed refund. I offered to provide video evidence showing that the laser was still in excellent condition, because it was only used once.

LaserPointerStore accepted this offer, and I submitted the video promptly. However, I received no reply for over a month. When I followed up with a warning that I would take further action, they closed the support ticket and deleted the entire chat history.

So after months of patience and effort, I received neither a refund nor a proper resolution – only delays, broken promises, and poor customer service.

UPDATE ADRESSING LASERPOINTERSTORE‘S RESPONSE:

I am deeply disappointed by LaserPointerStore’s response to my review. While I initially believed this was a case of poor customer support, the statements they now make are demonstrably false – and I have clear evidence to prove it.

1. The product was not as described

When I placed the order, the product page explicitly stated that the laser pointer had “multiple modes” – which was the main reason for my purchase. After I raised the issue, LaserPointerStore quietly changed the product description on their website and even acknowledged in writing that the model I received does not support multiple modes. I have screenshots, video recordings, and chat history documenting this.

2. I was always willing to return the product – under fair and legal conditions

LaserPointerStore asked me to declare false customs information in order to avoid import charges on their side. I understandably made it clear that I would only return the product if I received a written confirmation of a full refund and did not have to make any false declarations.
Eventually, they agreed to a refund if I provided a video showing the laser was still in excellent condition – which I promptly sent. After that, I received no response for over a month, and when I followed up, they closed the support ticket and deleted the chat.

3. There were no threats – only justified transparency

I never “threatened” the company. I simply stated that, after *months without resolution*, I would leave a public review describing my experience. That is not a threat – it is a legitimate consumer right.

This is not a misunderstanding. It is a case of a product being sold with false advertising, followed by months of delays, shifting answers, and poor communication. I stand fully by my review and I am willing to provide all documentation upon request.

Im writing this review as good excellent. I ordered the thor h 1.6w laser on january 10,2025. While tracking my package, after it got departed from hongkong, there were no tracking for 8 days. Tim, the one who always answer my concerns in lps store says that for some countries the last mile of shipping wont be updated. My parcel arrived this january 29,2025 the laser is in perfect excellent condition! Im from philippines btw. Laserpointerstore is legit. Customer service is excellent. They respond fast to your questions and concerns. I will buy more lasers from them.

I ordered the Sanwu Striker Laser Pointer 7W.
The laser build is top quality and match exactly their description and the most important arrived with no customs problems.
I will definitely order from Laserpointer store again.
As an advice wear goggles as the reflected light itself can damage your eyes.

Horrible order execution! I would expect a lot more from them, however I ordered 2- Osram (5.3w) PLPT9-450LB-E diodes, and 1- Nichia (5.0w) NDB7y75 diode- and I received the lower wattage version of the Osram, 3w, the markings are completely different than my 8 other Osram 5w diodes, and the Nichia diode looks completely different than my other 2 same diodes I ordered elsewhere. I will not return here nor by anything from them on eBay..

Also der Bestellvorgang war etwas umständlich, besser hätte ich es gefunden, gleich mit Paypal zahlen zu können, das ist nunmal mein favorisiertes Zahlungsmittel, das hat aber nicht so richtig funktioniert, erst nach ein paar Mails mit dem Anbieter.

Zudem lag dem Gerät leider keine gute Anleitung dabei. Wie ich die Akkus in das Gerät habe setzen sollen, stand da nicht.
Schlecht wäre es gewesen, hätte ich dadurch einen Kurzschluss herbeigerufen und dann wäre das Gerät kaputt, schlecht für knapp 100 Euro.
Man sollte auch die internationalen Kunden bedenken, wie bspw. DE, ES, FR, NL, PL.

Ansonsten funktoniert das Gerät. Schade finde ich an dem Gerät, dass ich Dot Punkt nicht scharf stellen kann, ich habe immer - auch durch drehen des Fokus - ein kleines Viereck an der Wand oder am Ziel.
Zudem sind am unteren Teil die Kanten sehr scharf und kantig, wodurch man sich schnell verletzen kann.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir schon gerne eine Laserpointer-Schutzbrille gewünscht, habe ich diese nicht in Besitz.

Delivery was a little slow, but I got it.

I purchase a gatling stretch 3w laser it is a good powerfull laser pointer. 90 dollars. The customer service is very good, i had some problems with the laser lens and they send my another lens. The bad thing is that the lens Will be broke in only 2 weeks because they are made of plastic or acrylic. Is a good Store to buy a laser. The only problem was the lens

The site is really reliable. The available devices match exactly their description. And it is true that they will put all the effort needed in order to deliver your shipment. In my case it traveled half the world (because of some local clumsy employees in my country it took 2 moths instead of 2 weeks). And still Alisa and her team found a way to deliver my shipment! They are really careful and polite.

Apart from that the shipments really arrive at the destination country within 2 weeks.
